2025 Recap - Every time I do one of these I’m always worried I didn’t do anything “cool enough”. But in reality, God has blessed me with some really cool experiences with some incredible humans. @butterybros allowing me to tag along with them is still completely unreal and I’m beyond grateful. @overmountainvineyards sharing their magical location with me (and my massive drone) has created some of the greatest memories and footage I’ll ever have. I cannot thank you enough. @syndicatecrown, it was an absolute honor getting to shoot with you guys this year. Excited to run it back for 2026 😎. @crashcrucible @crossfitcrash it’s unbelievable to think how long we’ve been doing this thing and we’re just getting started. @jhopper3 I’m thankful for you bro, one day I’ll release all of our random interview and blooper clips 😂.

2026, let’s see watcha got 🎥🎬

Expensive gear doesn’t automatically make better work.

Filmmaker Rick Jones breaks down the difference between buying something because you think you should have it vs investing in gear because you already know exactly how you want to use it.

The gear should serve the vision, not create it for you.

Go into it with an open mind, focus on learning something and don’t have an ego about you.

This creative industry will humble you fast so stay focused on what you can control - your mental approach.
