2026 REGION IV FALL REGIONAL CONFERENCE, HOSTED IN: GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN 🚨

Hotel Booking for FRC is open! This year our hotel for the conference will be at Amway Grand Plaza in Grand Rapids Michigan. For a Double Queen Room, it will cost $179 per night.

The cutoff date for booking this hotels October 19th, 2026!

The 2026 NSBE Region IV Pre-College Initiative (PCI) Conference is a full-day STEM experience for K–12 students held during the Fall Regional Conference in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Students will participate in hands-on STEM workshops, engineering challenges, competitions, college and career exposure, community service, and mentorship while connecting with NSBE collegiate members and STEM professionals.

Date & Time: Saturday, November 21, 2026 | 8:00 AM–10:30 PM

Registration Rates:

NSBE Jr. Attendee: $100
NSBE Jr. Attendee with GPA Verification: $80
NSBE Jr. Advisor Chaperone: $100

The deadline for the Region IV 2026 Fall Scholarships has been EXTENDED. It is now open until October 16th, 2026!
