If I had a nickel for every time my "Big Dick is Back in Town" shirt went missing at YetiCon and showed back up afterwards I'd have 2 nickels, if I had an additional nickel for every time @pastreflections.justcos was somehow involved I would have 2 more nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird both things happened twice....

Absolutely crazy that for the second year in a row this shirt went on its own adventure for the weekend and seems to have gone on an absolute bender based on how little whiskey was in that bottle he came home with...

@yeticon.official 2026 is in the books and it was quite a fun time! For the first year with the new crew running things I think they absolutely killed it overall. Broke my phone screen so didn't get as many pictures as I'd have wanted to (Also because I'm bad at thinking to do it LOL) but these are what I snapped!! Including a video of my son Matcha I finally got delivered from @hoekagecosplays and a bunch of chaos pictures taken while my phone's screen was dead.

To everyone I saw this weekend I love you all and even if we didn't get to see eachother and spend as much time with eachother as planned/intended and y'all made my weekends. To those I missed seeing I am sorry and hopefully we see eachother at another event or next year's YetiCon!!

So back on May 17, driving out to the Ren Faire in Niagara I went and got in a collision because the universe apparently didn't want me to have a turkey leg that day.....(neither party was injured, just the vehicles)

Fast forward to last week and I almost bought what was almost an exact clone of my car until some shady AI stuff happened and both parties walked away, so I called up the dealership and salesperson I bought my old one from and turned out they had this 2017 Cruze Premier and well within an hour everything was agreed upon and then today I picked it up!

Y’all I can’t believe it has already been a week since my whirlwind of a Wednesday. After spending all of Tuesday refreshing the ticketmaster page and then most of Wednesday doing the same at about 1:40pm it happened and I managed to refresh at the right time and was able to nab myself a ticket for the Hayley Williams at a Bachelorette Party show in Toronto. I missed the original on sale because unfortunately it happened at the same time as my father’s funeral/internment. I spent the following months checking periodically, but due to the nature of the resale settings (which I love Hayley for doing) tickets didn’t really become available on resale until basically the day of/before the shows. Getting to go to this show meant a lot to me and I can’t help but feel that somehow, someway my dad had something to do with me lucking into the tickets mere hours before the show. Show was incredible. 2025 has been one of the hardest years in recent memory for me, but on this last day of the year I want to focus on the positives of the year. The new friends I've made, the old friends I spent more time with, the even older friends I reconnected with after nearly a decade. I love all of you so much and I want to genuinely thank you for making this year the best it could be. 💙💙 Convention count was only 4, but I have such great memories from each of them that I prefer it to if I had done more of them with potentially less highlights. First Ren Faire! A handful of concerts. Countless live wrestling shows. There was also the wild ride that was the 2025 Blue Jays season, that part is bittersweet for multiple reasons, but it was such an incredible experience that I'll never forget. All In all 2025 wasn't great, but I'll be damned if it didn't have some great moments with great people to help uplift it.

Happy New Year, here's to 2026 being less awful. 🥂🎊🎉💙

Last night was awesome getting to see Trans Siberian Orchestra! Had last minute tickets fall into my lap from my boss and the show (and seats) were absolutely incredible. The absolute spectacle they put on is next level. by @r_longshaft

So for fairly obvious reasons I didn't really have it in me this year to do cosplay Christmas cards (I did actually have something planned, which I will likely do next year) so for Christmas Eve here is a throwback to some of my cards of Christmas past. Some of you received these in the past, some of you I didn't know back then, some of you have told me you still have them up on display every year and that fills my heart with more joy than you could possibly understand. 💙🥺

November 4th, 2025. This date will be forever etched in my mind as one of the hardest ones of my life, the day I had to say goodbye to my father Primo Castelli. It was a day we knew was coming, but that doesn't make it any easier. He taught me so much, some useful, some less so, but I wouldn't trade any of those lessons for anything in the world. I've been kind of quiet about this up to now just so I could process things, but today we laid his ashes to rest alongside my Nonno (his father) at the mausoleum and it seemed like the right time. I don't have any recent photos of him because honestly I didn't want to take any of him in the hospital or hospice, I want to remember him as he was in life, not in that last month and a half. We got to watch the Jays World Series run together and that meant the world, we had the priest come in November 3rd and then he quietly left us the next day. The urn will sit above the TV in our home and the baseball necklace which also has some of him will be with me always.

I love you Dad, you can finally rest easy with Nonno, Nonna, and everyone else now. 💙💙 by @r_longshaft

Went to @ripleysaquaca on Saturday with @mikefortehpw & @mort_icia before AEW and had a great time getting to see a bunch of fish friends, some lizards, and getting lucky enough to have some rays swim by for some pets! 🥰💙 #Aquarium #Fish #Stingrays #Rays #Shark by @r_longshaft

Oh my gods y'all. Got this package from Sammy yesterday with a bunch of Kinnikuman stuff she got ages ago in Japan as a nice little surprise and absolutely lost my mind. It's so so cool. I'm so happy to some Kinnikuman stuff in my closet now. 💙
This also reminds me I need to catch up on the latest anime arc.
