5 days of running 210km through the beautiful landscapes of the Namib desert to the Skeleton Coast, including some of the biggest Sand Dunes in the World 🏜

An incrediblely surreal week off grid.. lots of time to star gaze and self reflect. Those were some of the hardest but most scenic miles I've ever done. I suffered some excruciatingly painful blisters which needed a lot of attention (will spare the gory pics) but YELP, thank you medics.. I was so determined to foot every step of the way, and did, running as much as possible with @runjimmy.

I spent most of the week with tears in my eyes, in disbelief this was real life. The oldest desert in the World..an unspoilt natural beauty, sacredly untouched by humans. An adventure that will stay with me forever🧡 @ratracehq taken in Namib Desert by @r_wat

@ultraxuk Spring Series 110km:🥈Female | 4th Overall | 11hrs 31

WowZaaa!! That was fun!✨️

No ultra is easy & I'm still learning how to balance the technical side with low iron, periods and lifeee! I paid extra attention to my fuelling to give me the best chance to finish strong and it paid off. Huge thanks to @trailmed and @precisionfandh for the support and the carb strategy.
My secret sauce... a halfway @pickleupshot 🥒

Big love to @stoltrunning for asking me to join the team and the amazing volunteers out on the course for the support🤗

Sunshine, epic trails and @realbobmortimer 's audio book = a day well spent🌞

Now for one of the best weeks in the running calendar... London Marathon❣️🗣🇬🇧🎉

What a weekend💥 a fun @runshoreditch half marathon this morning ~ I used it as a training run with 2x 9k efforts @ marathon pace and finished in 1:31. Huge shoutout to @pursuitperformance_ for keeping me on track🫶🏼

Friday night was spent celebrating women in sports at @athlos watching the QUEENS chase the crown 👑❣️❣️❣️

Scenes from the @spitfirescramble relay race last month which involved 33°C heat, wildfires, campsite world cup football and 24 hrs of running🤪

One legendary team assembled by @benkelleherdmc & a 4th place finish🏆
We got toasted, ran some brutal miles and had a lottt of fun (except for my leg at 4am!) 💀

Stepped out of the @spitfirescramble 24-hour relay for a little detour at @thelondon10k yesterday⚡️then headed straight back to Kent to join the crew and finish our final lap 💨🏁

One hour of sleep and a lot of chaos in those 24hrs😂

Thanks @saucony_eu for the fresh kit and the bib❤️‍🔥
