What an inspiration Earth Wind and Fire is.

I had the pleasure of watching their HBO special tonight at the Capri and wow!

I learned many things tonight.
However the one thing that stuck with me the most is that Maurice believed in himself with every fiber of his being and no matter how catastrophic the failure was, he never gave up.

Consistency builds Capacity.
