The Fair Treatment (@the_fair_treatment) is an initiative calling for a blind treatment process to tackle unconscious bias in commercial directing. Launched with a powerful hero film, leading male directors (including Rabbit’s own Al Morrow) speak the words of their female peers. The campaign is a startling call to action for agencies, brands and production companies across the industry to set a new standardised practice for pitching — where identifying information like gender, name and race is removed.
