Guys you know what this means. Lots of ladies.
The photo contest winner was Steve Smith and yes his Nova is licensed and registered for the street but Smith says it prefers the drag strip.
Model for this months flyer is female racer Kelly Barr Anderson who drag races any chance she gets. You can often find Kelly at any track on the back bumper driving her nitrous fed Camaro.

GOOD FOOD, GREAT RACING, AND AN EVEN BETTER FAN EXPERIENCE!
If you attended our last Match Race Madness GrudgeFest, you probably noticed a great addition to the event — excellent food vendors and a shaded seating area where everyone could relax, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy the atmosphere.
We wanted to create a better overall experience for everyone, and I have to say, it was AMAZING!
When our title sponsor, Grab & Go Solutions, learned that we had postponed our next GrudgeFest event and that Super Chevy Sunday would be taking place at Barona Drag Strip on November 15th, he wanted to step up once again and bring that same experience to the fans.
So, we’re excited to announce that we’ll have The Pizza Guy, a Taco Truck, and tables and chairs in a shaded seating area for everyone to enjoy!
Whether you’re coming out to show off your Chevy, watch some great drag racing, browse the swap meet, or simply spend the day with family and friends, we’re working hard to make your visit even more enjoyable.

After 4 years of testing the market with classes and categories, I’ve decided to make this the standard moving forward some some of it being based on pre-registrations.
- Car show will get (Overall, By Make and Specialty)
- Drag Racing will get (Index based on 1/8 or 1/4 )
1st, 2nd, 3rd Place awards will be determined on pre-registration numbers per class (I hate to waste awards)
Classes can be added if requested or a guarantee number of vehicles for that class to register. taken in Barona 1/8 Mile Drags by @racebarona
