ANNOUNCEMENT 📣 George King joins RACELAB!

We caught up with George earlier this week to get his take on the upcoming race weekend…

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be joining Race Lab for the 2026 European GT4 Championship, racing alongside Colin.

I began my racing journey in 2021 following the COVID period, competing across Europe and the Middle East. Since then, I’ve been fortunate enough to secure an LMP3 Championship, a Radical Championship, and a Class Championship in the 24H Series.

After competing in the GT World Challenge Australia season last year, my focus has been on making the transition into GT racing, and this feels like the perfect next step.

I was lucky enough to complete a test with Race Lab last month, and from the moment I joined the team it was clear just how professional, dedicated and competitive they are. The pace and environment made me incredibly excited about what lies ahead.

The European GT4 Championship is packed with talent and is known for some of the closest and hardest racing anywhere in GT competition, so I can’t wait to get started and see what we can achieve together.

We are absolutely over the moon to welcome George to the team, and cannot wait to see what this pairing bring to the grid this weekend! 🏁 by @racelab_official

Mega weekend racing in the GT3 legends. Bagging a P2 and P3 in class. Thanks to the MRL team and @racelab_official for the hardwork and the other competitors for great racing.

We’re also extremely pleased to welcome Neil Langberg to the team this weekend as he joins us for the McLaren Trophy, alongside our GT4 European Series campaign.

We’re looking forward to seeing Neil behind the wheel and can’t wait to get the weekend underway. Wishing him and the whole team the best of luck! 👊 by @racelab_official

We’re delighted to announce that Iain Campbell and Tom Rawlings will team up this weekend for the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa, piloting the iconic BMW Z4 GT3 around the legendary Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

Returning to Spa, Iain is excited to be back behind the wheel of the Z4 GT3 and is looking forward to the famous drivers’ parade, with the pair confident they can challenge for a strong result in class.

2024 GT Cup Champion Tom Rawlings is equally excited to take on one of the world’s greatest endurance races. Confident in the team’s preparation, the BMW Z4 GT3, and his partnership with Iain, the focus is on executing a clean race and making the most of every opportunity.

Good luck to the whole team this weekend! 👊🏁
