swatching all eight shades (without lip liner!) of the new @mphbeauty Top Coat Hydrating Lip Gloss 💋 these feel super smooth on the lips (they feel like a lip oil to me), aren’t sticky at all, and pair beautifully with The Overliner Lip Liner (and any lip liner, really)!
