What a Sunday. We were blessed with amazing Mercedes Benz Club level seats yesterday for the Falcons game. What an amazing experience is all I can say and the Falcons beat an undefeated 49ers team and Big Boi was the half time show!!! #riseup#atlalien#bigboi by @rachbaydar

Thursday night was a Boo and Bams kinda night. Fun night attempting to learn Mahjong. #mahjong🀄️#halloween by @rachbaydar

We had a wonderful time celebrating our wonderful Molly Beth this weekend. How is she 21? Keep dancing beautiful: we love you dearly ❤️😘 by @rachbaydar

I’m always late posting. This weekend I had the chance to participate in Level Up Games @burnbootcampsandysprings. I would have never signed up for this if @kelmurph1106 hadn’t signed up first and then @j._rose_ encouraged me to join as well. I love a good 10k or half marathon race but had never thought about this time of fitness competition. My work travel schedule this year has been tough. I truly haven’t been to the gym consistently all year long but especially over the last month or so. I’m glad I participated but know next year I can do much better. I couldn’t be more proud of @kelmurph1106 as she has trained so hard this year from hitting 100 camps by June and preparing for Level Up. @kelmurph1106 is such a role model for her beautiful girls and I’m so glad I get to call her a dear friend. Many congrats to everyone that participated and to all the winners, kudos!!!! Last but not least many thanks to everyone that made the event successful! 💙💙💙💙💙levelup#momssupportingmoms#burnbootcamp by @rachbaydar
