grateful to spend my may and june with these ladies! thank you for being part of what i look forward to every week (tuesdays and saturdays specifically 🤣) and for filling our every session with so much joy and tawanan ✨🤪

to coaches @aleeyounggg and @winshaynayoungrivera, thank you for challenging me and the girls to give our best every time. it is a dream and a pleasure to be your student and to perform this piece you’ve put together for us. thank you for picking me as your gyaldem ‘24 best in class (two times in a row okay lang po ba ‘yon HAHAHA 😭). feel very honored to receive it the second time around knowing you’ve pushed me (and the girls) to our best potential this whole camp! 🤍

okay, see you all po next year! 😋

your gyaldem ’23 best in class awardee 🥺

so many highlights and memories created from my first camp, recital, and performance after 5 years and also my first one with @groovecentral 🤍

thank you coaches @aleeyounggg and @gella.gonzales for making my (dance) comeback experience so so fun and so sooooo worth it 🥺 thank you for the lessons and knowledge you taught and shared to us and for always pushing us so we can give our best, whether we’re rehearsing or performing onstage already. ✨ thank you also for awarding me as your best in class 😭 masyado ata akong nagpa bibo eme 😫🤸‍♀️ but really didn’t expect it bc the efforts i gave were solely for the team so we can have a good performance on show day but i guess they all paid off 🥺 emz !! but lov u coaches im so happy i went to gyaldem 😭🫶🏼

also wouldn’t have done it without the itik and kwek kwek gyals emz! 🤣 thank you gyals for giving me such a wonderful time and experience!! 🥺 super appreciate you all, powerful ladies!! will miss our kalikutan so much!!! see u next year EMZ! 🥺🧡

elfie 2 love game 10th version eme 🤸🏻‍♀️

posting my group run bc im just so happy to dance this choreo again 😩

was a little scared before the class because i could remember how difficult it was learning this last year 😭 mahirap pa din siya na remind ako so much kagabi HAHAHAHA but im just so happy of how stronger my body feels now compared last year 🥲

i know there’s still so much that i need to improve on, but there’s so much growth within the last year as well and it’s really nice to see it in yourself especially when it’s so easy to be discouraged and saddened when growth feels slow 🥲

choreography by @owen_baisa thank u sa lyf at napagbigyan ang reteach 😙 by @rachehester

flow state stiletto intensives 2 day 3 👠

had the best time during this 3-day intensives program! so grateful for the lessons and the space where we’re allowed to be vulnerable, make mistakes, try, and just learn.

sharing my run of our 3rd day choreo session applying all the techniques we learned! not my cleanest, but so sooo happy to just be here ❤️

thank you so much again coach @qamillejacinto! 🥹❤️✨
