In fact, the more muscle, metabolism, peace, capacity and resilience you build, the StrongHER you will be. ⚡️

November is a month most women start shrinking. Smaller plates. Extra cardio. A plan to be good before the holidays.

Not here. This month we build muscle that carries you through a packed calendar. A metabolism that can handle a real Thanksgiving plate. Peace with the woman in the mirror.

The clocks fell back an hour yesterday. But you’re moving forward. 30 days to grow. Not to disappear.

Comment what you’re building this month; muscle, metabolism, peace, capacity or resilience. 🦋🌸💅 by @rachel.ayers.wellness

Love that he calls my phone a camera. Love his little breath. Love that we get to play! 🎃 by @rachel.ayers.wellness

Nobody told us the goal could be building instead of shrinking ☀️

38 and feeling great! Thank you to everyone that blessed me.
I want to speak growth over each woman. I’m just amazed at how we think focusing on the loss can benefit us. What if you could grow, build and be exactly where you are. I am!

Challenging you to view your body, life and age as a build- and not a decline of what you used to have.

Join my StrongHER app and start lifting and learning with us to start November off strong.

Have a really STRONG weekend as a wife, mother and friend. Go be HER. Be where your feet are. 🌻 by @rachel.ayers.wellness

I hope this scares the sh💩t out of you. I can put a patient face to each hospital room. 😔

The scariest thing in women’s health isn’t a ghost. 👻 It’s the idea that we should keep getting smaller.

Muscle protects your metabolism, your bones, your hormones and your independence as you age. It also gives back something diet culture took: the belief that your body is supposed to be strong.

This Halloween, stop shrinking and start lifting.🖤
