In fact, the more muscle, metabolism, peace, capacity and resilience you build, the StrongHER you will be. ⚡️ November is a month most women start shrinking. Smaller plates. Extra cardio. A plan to be good before the holidays. Not here. This month we build muscle that carries you through a packed calendar. A metabolism that can handle a real Thanksgiving plate. Peace with the woman in the mirror. The clocks fell back an hour yesterday. But you’re moving forward. 30 days to grow. Not to disappear. Comment what you’re building this month; muscle, metabolism, peace, capacity or resilience. 🦋🌸💅 by @strongher.fit.app
I hope this scares the sh💩t out of you. I can put a patient face to each hospital room. 😔 The scariest thing in women’s health isn’t a ghost. 👻 It’s the idea that we should keep getting smaller. Muscle protects your metabolism, your bones, your hormones and your independence as you age. It also gives back something diet culture took: the belief that your body is supposed to be strong. This Halloween, stop shrinking and start lifting.🖤 👉🏼Comment STRONG and I’ll send you 14 days of FREE strength training in my app. @strongher.fit.app by @strongher.fit.app

Maybe “trying to lose weight” is why you’re still “trying to lose weight”. BUILD your body through each rep and plate and watch your muscle and metabolism wake up and work! 🔥 There is no greater gift than to show a woman her body can work and she can enjoy it! I designed my strength training app + STRONG PLATES method to relieve women of time consuming weight loss requirements and to create freedom and independence in their journey. My app users have reported weight loss, fat loss, visible muscle gains, flatter stomachs, more mental capacity, consistency, higher energy and a mindset shift that serves them to be a BUILDER, not a loser. Welcome to my side of the net where women come to GAIN a life and body they love 💖⚡️ The goal was never to take up less space. It’s to be strong enough to fill the one you have. Be her. Be STRONGHER! I’m an RN, and I lost my mom and my aunt to breast cancer. Both were only 35. I can’t change my history. But I can change what I bring to the fight. 💪 Scientific studies show that regular strength training and a diet rich in whole foods help lower the risk of developing certain cancers. That’s why I built STRONGHER: simple strength schedules, protein-first meals, and a community of women who show up. HOTober Week 2 starts tomorrow. Come lift with us. 🔥 Link in bio. 🩷 Your favorite Nurse, Rachel #HOToberStrong #TheMuscleNurse #StrongHER #StrengthTraining #WomensHealth BreastCancerAwareness by @strongher.fit.app
October does not have to be the month you let your routines slide. It can be the month you build your floor. Not perfection. Not pressure. Not a one-month personality. A floor: Four lifts each week Protein every day Ten minutes of walking after meals That is how you stay connected to yourself through the busiest season of the year. Fill your RX this month! 💊👩‍⚕️ HOT-ober is inside StrongHER. @strongher.fit.app Comment HOT or hit the link in bio. by @strongher.fit.app
Lower body day because shape is built, not bought. Give them jeans something to sauce around about 🌶️🌶️ We hit lower body several times a week in @strongher.fit.app Start your lifts and plates with us this week! #StrongHerWithRachel #TheMuscleNurse #MuscleIsMedicine #workoutappforwomen #builtnktbought by @strongher.fit.app
The entire HOT-ober challenge in three habits: H — Hit 4 lifts each week 💪🏼 Build the muscle. Keep your appointments with yourself. O — Own your protein goal daily 🍽️ Feed the work. Make protein the anchor of your plate. T — Take a 10-minute walk after meals 🚶🏼‍♀️ Move your body because health is not built in one gym session. It is built in the way you live. Simple does not mean insignificant. Less done right & often = 🔥 Four lifts. Protein daily. Ten-minute walks. Do that on repeat and watch what happens. Comment HOT if you want the challenge details. @strongher.withrachel by @strongher.fit.app
