Grateful beyond measure

This was my second full summer working with WinShape and it has easily marked my heart in the best way. Working on the healthcare team, I get to work alongside so many incredible people to make camp a place where Christ is known. The summer was full of random “yeses” that have turned into the best memories & the Lord was so kind with the people He surrounded me with. What a gift this time was!!

some fun!!

the fun not in order :

visited @allchristchurch with pals @_carlymjohnson & @tnttrues . Cried happy tears over the first of three matcha’s that were had that day. Got a TREAT & saw friend @addie.freemann !!!

partied with @allie.wiernicki for our birthdays :) friends made us feel so known!

Met THE @jerviscampbell !!

Got my white coat & started clinicals!! Jesus keep my heart tender towards this blessing!

Went camping! On a whim! Laughed a lot & shivered maybe more HA!

Recruitment 2025, you have been a sweet one!

What a privilege it is to sit down with a girl & chat for a moment, making a friend regardless of where recruitment leads them. What an opportunity to host! To be a friend! To encourage! To love them well! And to, if nothing else, share the joy of the Lord that so many of my sisters carry & encourage me with. This year was a great one to witness and I am beyond thankful for how my Jesus moved and worked.

Before the first day of recruitment, we invited Him to every table. We asked Him to be with each girl who would eventually sit at the chairs we had carefully placed for every conversation. Friends got down on their knees together praying over the rooms, chairs, tables, floors, friends they specifically knew going through recruitment & each other. The next morning it made me smile seeing every table now perfectly prepared for the girls to come.

Our hospitality team did such a fantastic job carefully setting each table up with such sweet attention. But what this really reminded me of is how precious our time with the Lord is. How great is a Father who takes pleasure in time with His children! A Father who carefully prepares a table for each of us & invites us into relation with Him?? Something about watching my sisters weep in moments of intercession & seeing every table prepared with my favorite flowers the next morning brought my mind back to psalm 23. Thank you Jesus for preparing a table for ME! Thank you Jesus for letting me be a witness to your goodness time after time again! Surely I will speak of you at every table I sit at. My cup certainly overflows.

Camp is over & I could CRY!!!

Here’s a peek into what the summer looked like :,) so much laughter, dancing, golf carting, sunset-admiring, many manyyy coffee runs & most importantly lots of Jesus!!
