A year ago, this only existed in a dream 🤍 someone pinch me!!

Our very first Spring Showcase, our very first season, and my heart is overflowing with gratitude. To our many dancers and families at @collective25dance , thank you for trusting us, growing with us, and making this first year so special. It can’t even be put into words. And to my incredible staff… thank you will never feel big enough. Thank you for believing in this dream, for showing up every day with passion and patience, and for loving these kids like your own. You are the heart behind everything we do! YOU are the reason we succeed! I owe all of the credit to each and every one of you. You make coming to work the best part of my every day.

Proud doesn’t do this feeling justice. Their words, how they encourage each other, their resilience on the floor, just all of it. I have loved every early morning, every late night, and every moment in between. It is an honor getting to pour every part of my being into this program. “Be obsessed or be average.” 🥉

To my 9 seniors- how will I go everyday without seeing you next year? You are such pillars of friendship, faith, and strength to me. Thank you for making me feel like the most important person in your world, yet never hesitating to humble me for my outfit choices at practice, my favorite songs, and all of the quotes you never let me live down- those might haunt me until I am really old. You all have been my littles from day one, and I have loved nothing more than getting to follow you on this journey. I am your biggest fan and just know you are destined for greatness. I don’t think this loss has set in just yet. Lean on me always 🤍

To my juniors and sweet sophomore- The sweetest group of four. YOU all are the future- and you’ve already made your irreplaceable mark. I love the life chats we have, I love watching you discover what this sport has to offer. I am beaming with pride while writing this because you all have repeatedly risen to every occasion, every expectation, and exceeded every bar that has been set for you by those who have come before you. You make me laugh harder than most and have shown more resilience than I knew humanly possible. I am so grateful to know you.

To my partners in crime @ehrlichsj + @alifarley_ - No one else is able to understand the sheer exhaustion and emotional ride of the straight year that we spend in Disney. I am blessed to get to share this with two of my best friends, two that know me so well and can make this program run like a well-oiled machine. My dream team forever, you love my crazy and know all the right things to say ♥️

The best one yet 💙 I am so proud of these girls, on and off the floor! They are the bright spot in every day and can motivate one another like no one’s business. I love learning from them and being able to coach them with MY coach, @ehrlichsj 🥹 Stillwater Pom forever!
