NOW OPEN | LIFELINE
RACHEL RUBENSTEIN

“Lifeline” exhibition features Rubenstein’s new paintings that explore presence, transformation, and reflect her personal emotional and spiritual journey. Developed through an extended engagement with material process, the new series examine the ways uncertainty, vulnerability, and resilience can be registered through the surface of a painting.

“Lifeline” opens this Friday in NYC @kalinergallery 6-8pm. I hope to see you there ✨ RSVP link in bio

These works grew out of two places: the landscape around me and the landscape within me. They explore the choices we make in our thought life, while drawing deeply from the beauty of California.

I’m pleased to invite you to “Lifeline” my second solo show with @kalinergallery in New York City, opening this Friday 6-8pm. I hope to see you there ✨ RSVP link in bio

Over this past year, I’ve been habitually hiking, meditating, and observing my thoughts while surrounded by nature. It’s incredible how powerful our minds are, and even more incredible to realize the choices we have to harness that power to heal, to create, and transform.

“Green Pastures” 48x36in It’s time to show you the work I’ve been making this past year+! Being back in California has been deeply restorative. I’ve been rooting myself in God and nature, allowing the canvas to become an emotional landscape where I can process, listen, and respond.

These paintings are an expression of the hope, beauty, patience, and love that have been reshaping me, fr. by @rachelannerubenstein

PAST EXHIBITION 2024 | RACHEL RUBENSTEIN

#tbt to “Connected to All That Is”, Rachel Rubenstein’s inaugural solo exhibition with KALINER in 2024.

Rubenstein’s breathtaking paintings hold a sense of tension associated with her process. As the artist delves deeper into the inner realm, examining difficult emotions and uncomfortable feelings, she manipulates the canvas, tears and deconstruct it. The surfaces embody emotional landscapes, with the canvas itself
becoming a metaphor for life’s complexities.

Rubenstein returns to KALINER this October with a second solo exhibition, and new body of work. Stay tuned for more details soon. taken in Lower East Side Manhattan by @rachelannerubenstein

My favorite work from 2025. “Low Tide” 6x4 feet. I’m grateful to the Trombetta family for their support, trusting me to create a custom painting for their stunning new home ✨ by @rachelannerubenstein
