Almost 12 years ago, we made the decision to move to Tennessee, and looking back, I don’t think we realized just how much that decision would shape our lives. 🤍

It’s where we’ve planted roots, built our careers, started our family, and found a community we love. A place full of opportunity, where we’re raising our three kids, building friendships, and making so many sweet memories along the way.

Life with three little ones is far from perfect, and most days are chaotic, but there are so many moments where I just look around and feel incredibly thankful for the life we’ve built here.

And I think that’s a big part of why I love what I do. After 10 years in real estate, I’ve learned that finding home is about so much more than the house itself.

It’s about the community, the opportunities, the memories, and the life you get to build there.

Getting to help other families find their place here in Tennessee will always be one of my favorite parts of this job.

Here’s to planting roots and appreciating the life we’re building along the way. 🤍 by @rachelc_foster

Planning our family’s Fall Bucket List 🍂 so SAVE this post if you need some ideas too!

I’ve always been a summer girl, but man… this summer was HOT 😂 so I’m more than ready for cooler temps while we can still enjoy all the outdoor things.

With 3 active kids who love animals, entertainment + a new adventure, I rounded up some of our favorite fall spots around Nashville + Franklin, along with a few new places (and foods 🤤) we can’t wait to try this year!

Save or Share this list + always feel free to DM me if you want more local recommendations! 🤎

And if a move is on your radar — whether it’s this year or you’re starting to plan for 2027 — I’m currently booking buyer + seller consultations and would love to help. 🏡

Happiest place!!! 🐭✨🏰

Disney 2026 was truly such a magical week spending it turning another year older in one of my favorite places with my people. We did it all and I can’t thank @tiny.people.traveling for helping make sure we were covered with every step! The kids are at the best ages for soaking in all the Disney magic and I’m already planning my next visit (just don’t tell @nick_foster 😉)

There are a few neighborhoods I find myself recommending again and again... and they aren’t always the ones making the “best of Franklin” lists. 👀

📩 Save this for your home search, and send it to a friend who’s thinking about making the move to Franklin and needs a few neighborhoods to add to their list.

Each one has its own personality… from nostalgic, tree-lined streets to gated communities, horse country, and neighborhoods where kids still spend their evenings riding bikes.

If you’re thinking about moving to Franklin (or just curious what’s beyond the obvious), this one’s for you.

Which neighborhood would you add?
