I’m Rachel, a professional bridal makeup artist based in Southwest Florida and available for destination weddings worldwide!

When I’m not busy making brides feel beautiful, you can usually find me traveling, trying new foods, or spending time with the people I love most.

I’ve been doing makeup for 10 years and have been in love with the wedding industry ever since!!

Day one meeting + glamming my Alabama Barbie bride, Gracie, for her welcome party!! 🤍

One thing I really focus on in my artistry 1-1s is making sure you understand why each step matters, not just copying what I do!

Skin prep is literally the glue to your makeup. If the skin isn’t prepped right, everything you put on top is going to fight you.

Complexion knowledge + placement changes everything too. Knowing your undertones, where you actually need coverage, and where you can keep skin showing is what keeps the base looking seamless instead of heavy.

Same with the eyes! Where you place depth, brightness, liner, and lashes can completely change the shape, so I teach you how to work with the eye in front of you instead of doing the same placement on everyone.

And of course, Florida-proof makeup is all about layering. I’m setting as I go, not waiting until the very end, and yes… my 5-layer setting spray concoction has survived some serious Florida heat 😂

Whether you’re newer to makeup and want to build your skills, or you’ve been doing this for years and just want to refine your technique or learn something new, my 1-1s are fully hands-on. I do one side, you do the other, and we break down everything together so you’re actually practicing it while I’m right there guiding you.

We get into ALL the details, ask all the questions, and have fun while we’re at it… and that’s something I wish others would’ve taught me when I was starting! 😙🫶🏼

If you sat in my chair and told me to just do what I think would look best on you… this is the direction I’d take!

I’d go with my signature bridal full glam! Skin like complexion, soft sculpting, LOTS of blush, defined eyes, not natural but also just enough glam to make an impression 😙

Your trial is a starting point, not a rulebook!

Anabel loved her trial, but after wearing the makeup for a while and getting more comfortable with the look, wedding day came around and she decided she wanted a little more glam.

So we did 🤭

We kept everything she loved from the trial, but added a little more depth to the eyes, cheeks, and lips to elevate the look.

If wedding morning comes and you want more blush, more eye, a different lip, whatever… TELL ME. I will never be mad at “more glam” 😝

You’re not married to one exact look, you’re allowed to change your mind !

Finding a makeup artist you trust enough to sit in their chair for the FIRST time on your wedding day is kind of a big deal 🥹

Natalie had never had her makeup professionally done before, had never met me, and still put full trust in me just from seeing my work and getting a feel for my vibe.
