As some of you may know my primary job is that I am a magazine editor - I created @bouncemaguk almost 15 years ago and have been supporting Latitude now for all of those years!

Hi 👋 I realised I’ve never properly introduced myself on here for a while (or ever).

I’m Rachel - a content creator, editor, mum of three and founder of a lifestyle magazine. Alongside content creation, I also run a marketing agency and a property company, all built around storytelling and real life.

I create honest, lifestyle-led content for brands I genuinely use - blending UGC with editorial credibility.

I’ve been living with endometriosis symptoms for nearly nine years and am still undergoing tests. Last year I was also diagnosed with postnatal depression, something I’ve been open about, and something I’m still working through as I find myself again.

I’m one of the highest female masters in Kuk Sool Won… strength shows up in many forms.

Four years ago, I lost my mum, my best friend, to cancer at 55. And last year, I lost my dog Archie, after 16 years. Last year was tough and refulled my grief in many ways.

Through it all, my husband, Sam, and I - together for 11 years - have worked hard, been through so much, and are still standing strong.

This space is honest, lived-in and real.

@roarr_dinosauradventure has done it again with Fossil Falls - the UK’s longest outdoor tubing slide, stretching an incredible 107 metres!

We visited during the opening weekend and, naturally, I had to test it thoroughly on behalf of all parents… purely for research purposes, obviously.

It was fast, thrilling and far too much fun!

Our BIBS journey with Isla 🤍

From those early newborn days to now, BIBS has been part of so many of her little moments.

The BIBS Try-It Collection was such a helpful way to discover what worked best for her, with different dummy shapes and materials to try.

Isla has always preferred the symmetrical shape, but I love that BIBS offers such a wide range, making it easier to find what suits each baby best.

There are so many lovely colours, styles and products available, all designed with comfort and practicality in mind.

We also love so many of their other products, from feeding essentials and bottles to their beautiful blankets. It’s safe to say we are huge BIBS fans in this house, and finding the right dummy for Isla has been such a help when she needs a little comfort.

A plastic-free picnic, Sports Day chaos and me being transformed into a human loo roll… just a standard family day out, really. 🐼

We had such a brilliant time in Regent’s Park with @cheekypandahq celebrating Plastic-Free July. The kids loved the games, meeting Colin the Panda and running around meeting new friends.

Holiday wardrobe, but make it @hollandcooperclothing ✨

A magical day out at Guildenacre ✨🌿

Over the weekend I took my three children, along with my cousin’s kids [Charlie and Immi], to explore the new magical woodland adventure at @guildenacre in Suffolk… and it was such a wonderful family day out.

The children absolutely loved discovering the woodland trails, meeting the Guardians of Guildenacre, climbing, exploring and letting their imaginations run wild. It had that lovely mix of fresh air, magic and proper childhood adventure.

They even got to star in the official Guildenacre video!

There are two cafés on site by Black Dog Deli, which is always a win in my book. We had iced coffees, ice cream stops, fab kids’ lunch boxes and some seriously good treats.

Such a lovely new place for families in Suffolk, and one we’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for a day out with a little extra sparkle.

Isla’s new chair has arrived from @posieandpenn - she is SUPER happy with it 💗
