Florida served on animal life for the brief amount of time spent there. Not pictured was a few glimpses of dolphins and a heart hopeful to see a manatee to no avail.

South Beach. Coladas and cortaditos. Sunburns. Warm, salty water. Coconut Grove. Everglades National Park. (Swarms of mosquitoes). A thunderstorm every night. Keewaydin Island in Naples.

Red sand dunes older than memory. White clay pan of Deadvlei, guarded by dead trees that still stand over a millennium later. A little lens smudge crept into a few frames (sand finds a way), but I wouldn’t change a thing. Honestly, the desert did all the work, one lucky gal. Sweet moments, sweeter memories. Thousands of frames, but these are the ones that stuck. My main goal was to get up close and take a picture of a wildebeest…it was a special moment to say the least. I hope we continue to find ways to preserve the places and animals we have left.

Mt. Shasta with my main girlll @gabbyballin. Mobbed up from SoCal, linked up with our girl Rachel, and rented boots for our first mountaineering attempt ever. Shout out to doing new things outside your comfort zone.

Plan A was Avalanche Gulch, but our guides pivoted to the West Face at the last minute after hearing about heavy rockfall. Got within 1000ft of the summit, insane views. The glissading down was easily the highlight of the whole trip, endless giggles and adrenaline even though we look like we are going hella slow 🤣
