Yesterday, I had the honor of meeting the legendary fashion designer, @elietahari 🤍 I got the opportunity to hold his hand and tell him to his face that his was the first suit that I bought out of college at Nordstrom with my own big girl money, and he replied “you have good taste” 😉

Hearing his immigration story reminded me of my own Dad and how he, too, came to the US with only $100 in his pocket, his relentless work ethic and a dream to help his family. His documentary on Amazon Prime is a must-watch!

Thank you to @aibichicago @chicagofashionsummit @nicolecruiz and the entire Summit team for making this happen in Chicago. I could only make this portion of the day, but it was a time I’ll never forget. by @racheljstyling

Thank you doesn’t seem like enough, but it’s all I can say right now as I come down from the incredible high of yesterday’s Stylist Symposium.

I wish I could have bottled up the energy in those rooms. You could literally FEEL the buzz. The conversations, the connections, the excitement - it was everything I hoped for everyone and so much more.

So many thoughts, photos and meaningful feedback to share. All coming soon.

This has to be the most complimented dress that I have ever worn, and it was during the very first #CHIFW in 2024. I swear I was stopped in the street by strangers and met so many new and amazing people all because of a dress that started a conversation and sparked a connection.

Thank you @st_frimpong for allowing me to debut this unique design!! Of all the pieces I have worn - this may have been the most memorable.

It’s hard to believe the 3rd @thechicagofashionweek kicks off tonight and I’m hosting the 3rd @thestylistsymposium tomorrow. What a journey with the most amazing people and team, all rallying to make the world take notice of all the undeniable fashion talent in the city we love: C H I C A G O. ♥️

Over the next 10 days of CFW, I encourage you to be the most creative and most bold that you have ever been when putting your looks together. Don’t hold back. Step out with the intention to shine! ✨

A quick 1.5 hours to Milwaukee to support my girl, my sister-Stylist @rho.styles last week at Milwaukee Fashion Week. ♥️ So proud of you and all the work you put in to make these shows happen!

We’re coming up on 20 years in this fashion game together — from leaving our corporate careers around the same time, to boutique-ing in Hinsdale, to eventually building our own styling businesses in Chicago and Milwaukee. I’m so proud of us.

Through every chapter, we’ve continued to show up for each other, support each other and cheer each other on. Rachel + Rho, still ride or dies!
