Is it too soon to start planning for next year? Not if you ask my family 🙃

I can go ahead and secure your hotel and daytime ticket package, and easily add on your Halloween Horror Nights tickets when they become available. As demand increases, so does the price. So this is really the best time to book for next year.

If you’re local to me, I have the school calendar for this school year AND the next. So there’s really no excuse to wait 🤭

The Behind the Screams: Unmasking the Horror Tour is a lights-on, exclusive behind the scenes tour of either 3 or 6 Halloween Horror Nights houses.

This tour didn’t ruin the live houses for me at all. Having a new awareness for when I’m being distracted didn’t stop the actual scare from getting me still, knowing where a boo hole is doesn’t make a cenobite less startling, and I really love looking for AATs now.

I love learning, I’m nosy, and I was an ArtEd major, so this tour was the coolest thing to me. I didn’t think I could be any more impressed with what goes into HHN, then I found myself getting emotional in the Hellraiser house when I saw it come to life.

A bit more info:
•You’re permitted to take photos in select rooms (no selfies with mannequins despite what you may have seen others post 😒)
•You’re given a commemorative pin and lanyard and the 6 house tour includes lunch
•You do NOT need a park ticket to take the tour, but you’re welcome to stay in the park if you have one
•This is something I can arrange for you

It’s been a while since I’ve planned such a full theme park trip for myself, but with a Disney parks 1st time visitor with us we wanted to do as much as possible.

Planning a theme park vacation is a lot of work y’all, but that’s my job and I think I’m pretty good at it 😅

As soon as I see the HHN entrance truss go up I get *that* feeling. I know some of y’all get it.

At the end of today I will officially be Out Of Office! We’ll be spending the next week at both Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando. Rain or shine 🫠

At Universal Kids Resort you’ll find plenty of rides, shows, and characters younger kids will love, but you’ll also find an abundance of places for them to just play!

•themed wet and dry areas
•splash areas have dryers and changing rooms
•sensory gardens to relax and recharge
•shaded areas for families to sit and relax
•play ambassadors hosting games and activities
•the park is also a Certified Autism center and designed with inclusivity and accessibility in mind

Kids want and need to play in different ways. Some will ride the coasters over and over, some need to climb and splash, and some need more quiet time away from the excitement. Universal Kids Resort really thought of all kids.

Agree or disagree?

I tend to prioritize the ship over the itinerary most of the time.

The exception would be when I’m specifically wanting to visit somewhere like Alaska or the British Isles. And even then there are still specific ships I’d choose.

This is extra important when it’s your first cruise. That first ship or cruise line you sail on can really impact how you feel about cruises in general. My first ever cruise was such an overwhelming itinerary, but I had a great time on the ship so I tried cruising again.
