Last year I did a year by the numbers and thought I'd do it again this year.

It was a rough year and I am very much welcoming in 2026.

1303: Days in a row I've journaled.

288: Gratitude lists written in 2025.

2: Countries visited (Canada, Portugal). Much less than usual. Fixing this with a trip to Australia and Japan in January. :)

1: Epic Portugal trip with my nephew. We had a blast.

11: Years of weekly calls with the same women in our Sister Circle. It's the best.

11,398: Average steps for the past year. (5.66 miles/day)

19,489+ (day's not over): Items ordered from my Amazon store in 2025.

1: Relationship ended in a highly shocking way.

Millions: Tears cried. I think I am finally on the other side of the grief.

2300: Purse and charm sales that I made since October. I redirected grief into selling purses and I have had a BLAST.

Countless: new friends met. OMG. I met an incredible friend through a biz group and an amazing community through my live auctions. They have been a LIFELINE. I won't tag everyone because I'm nervous I'll miss some but I am SO GRATEFUL and you all know how much I love you! The friendships I've made this year are immaculate.

Hundreds: Conversations with my besties who helped shepherd me through the breakup. I could not be more grateful for my extraordinary friends and for all the wisdom, grace, and support sent my way.

Amazing things are starting to happen already for 2026 and I declare it's going to be THE BEST YEAR YET. I hope that if you're still reading this, that by this time next year you are blown away by all the positive miracles that have happened for you in 2026. Big love to all of you.:) by @rachelrofe

I thought it would be fun to do my year by the numbers:

939: Days journaling in a row (thousands of words written and clarity gained).

245: Gratitude lists written in 2024.

6: Countries explored (Greece, Mexico, Austria, Switzerland, Czechia, Belgium).

10: Years of Sister Circle calls - celebrating a decade of friendship and weekly calls with the same amazing women.

17: Trips that Rob or I took to see each other and Gavin/Gabey/Family (I know, I'm eventually fully moving to TX!)

222,000ish: Orders shipped at CustomHappy.

19,540: Orders shipped for my personal Amazon sales.

2,500+ - Orders shipped for my personal Etsy, Faire, Wal-Mart, sales

Thousands: Sales of internet training products—hard to tell because of different shopping carts, but I’m so grateful to support everyone who signed up for a program.

Many millions: Steps walked via nature walks and my treadmill desk.

52: Workouts at Exercise Coach. I wish they had a TX location!

Countless: Conversations with friends via texts, trips, phone calls, Marco Polos. SO grateful for all of my friendships.

Countless: Degen crypto plays.

6: Trips for business or personal development events

10+: Screams because godforsaken mice keep getting into the (clean, I promise!) walls in my home. I live in nature and have hired 6+ people to come and help. Bane. Of. My. Existence.

1: Basement flood that I’m still dealing with months later

1: IRS surprise that may have shaved off years of my life

1: Beautiful friend who passed way too soon.

50+: Tough conversations and moments had, each one making me stronger.

Some things didn’t go as planned—projects stalled, lessons came hard, and I had to let go of what wasn’t working. But through it all, I’m proud of the resilience, clarity, and joy I found. 2024 was a teacher. Here’s to making 2025 extraordinary for all of us. I have a really good feeling. :) taken in The Woodlands, Texas by @rachelrofe

Last year (Dec 2023), my mom and I were both feeling stressed so I asked ChatGPT, "Where in the world has the most Christmas magic?"

It said Vienna. So, off we went.

We had such a great time that we went back this year, but this time we added a Brussels layover and a trip to Prague.

It was a great trip. We visited our favorite Christmas markets, drank mulled wine out of Austrian boot mugs, walked the bridge in Prague during its first snow of the year, indulged in Belgian chocolate, waffles, and fries. And shopped. And walked. And swooned. The usual.

We timed it perfectly to go before Q4 Christmas chaos and it was chef's kiss.

Here are a few of my pictures from the trip. :) taken in Vienna - Austria by @rachelrofe

Photo Dump from Greece 🇬🇷

Highlights:

- Quality time with my mom :)

- EVERYTHING Santorini. The immaculate vibes, the people, the hotel we stayed at for the second year in a row, the food, the 48377843 dresses I bought—everything!

- Bright colors everywhere. I got so many cute things. I'm including a picture of a purse I got in Crete. 🤤🤤🤤

- Incredible, super fresh food in Crete. Soooo good.

- Our Crete Airbnb had an amazing view.

- Olive oil tour. Be still my heart, I brought back so much olive oil 🫒

- Our day layover in Zurich was gorgeous. Kind people, great chocolate, amazing falafel surprisingly, and I got the cutest bright sweaters. :)

- Our Athens hotel, the Gatsby, was rated #3 in Athens on TripAdvisor. Wonderful location, nice people, great food.

- Eating all the gluten and dairy I could possibly want and feeling extraordinary.

- Emirates business class flight home. Amazing experience!

Lowlights:

- Our ferry from Crete to Santorini was wild. There was a lot of turbulence, and tons of people were throwing up. The flight attendants were passing out bags, and some people needed 10+ bags. It was a whirlwind. We were so happy to get off that ferry 😊

- Coming back home to the USA and overheating at the first two healthy things I ate. Grrrr.

I can't wait to get back to Europe—already looking at flights to Naples on another tab ✈ 🎉 taken in Santorini by @rachelrofe

RIP to one of my dearest friends, Alison Amarnick. 💔

After a 7-year battle with cervical cancer, we lost Alison on Friday, March 1. And even in the face of adversity, she remained the most positive, vibrant, and sunny soul you could ever meet.

Our friendship began with a simple Craigslist ad in 2007 and blossomed into an unforgettable journey filled with road trips, sing (and dance) athons, endless phone calls, and shared meals. Despite my travels and the distance between us, Ali ensured our connection never waned. She was patient, kind, and truly understood the essence of lasting friendship.

Alison had the rare gift of making instant friends with every baby and dog she encountered and possessed the most infectious laugh. She was always the first to volunteer for karaoke, lighting up every room with her presence. She was genuinely loved by everyone she met—her spirit was undiluted joy.

Ali, I love you and miss you more than words can express. Your light will forever shine in the hearts of those who knew you. by @rachelrofe

2023 was my year of duality.

Every time someone close checked in with me I'd most likely have a dual update.

I'd have the HIGH of being in relationship with Rob. We celebrate a year together on January 24th and it has been absolutely extraordinary. For years I wrote on vision lists that I wanted to be in a relationship with someone I had no doubt about, where things were smooth. I got that with Rob and then some. He constantly blows my mind with how thoughtful, kind, and consistent he is. I've never felt so safe, loved, and nervous-system-relaxed with someone.

This year also brought its share of family challenges. There were difficult moments, especially with not being able to see my nephew Gabey since May. It's been a tough situation and I'm hopeful for better days ahead.

The duality started right in the beginning of this year. Rob and I started dating in January. A few days after we became official I walked in on a suicide attempt from someone else. Up and down, up and down.

That said, I still have plenty of things to celebrate this year:

- Being in relationship with Rob has been wonderful. So easy, so good.

- I've had incredible moments with friends and family. I can think back to so many gorgeous memories this year, phone calls, and mutual support.

- There were some epic trips to Greece, Austria, Croatia, Vancouver, Colorado, and a trillion other places.

- I took Gabey to The Plaza hotel early in the year. I got us picked up in a limo and he was beside himself with joy. That is a really fun memory.

- I got my house interior decorated and it looks *amazing*. I love coming home to my house where it feels like a total sanctuary.

- Business was good. People were positively impacted via LHS, my Amazon sales were up a bit, and CustomHappy did wonderfully this year. I saw sooo many positive comments about Christmas this year - both people in LHS making sales and then people happy with CustomHappy's performance for their orders.

For 2024, my word of the year is "dharma". I am ready to make more of an impact, to uplift the world more, and to make a lasting positive change - as I know I was meant to.

Happy New Year, everyone! <3 by @rachelrofe

Life's been so full of adventure that I've been a bit behind on sharing. Time to fix that with some pictures from my Greece trip. 🇬🇷 From hiking an active volcano in the picturesque Santorini, getting lost (in the best way) in the labyrinth of Mykonos streets, seeing the ancient Acropolis 🏛️, to a flying dress photoshoot 🌬️👗, and leisurely boat rides amidst stunning waves 🌊... each day was a new chapter in my Greek odyssey.

And what made it even better was sharing all these moments and quality time with my Mom. :) And of course, the food was amazing, the locals were some of the friendliest people I've ever met, and I couldn’t help myself from saying “Wow” out loud to some of the gorgeous sites. It was an exquisite trip.

In Greece, they have a word 'φιλοξενία' (filoxenia), which means being kind to strangers. I felt that kindness every day of this trip. You can swipe to see some of the highlights from this epic trip - it was HARD to narrow these down from probably 750+ pictures. #Greece #TravelDiaries #MakingMemories by @rachelrofe

A friend of mine told me that someone texted her impersonating me. This person went so far as to take some posted pictures of my friend and I together and add them to the text chain.

I don't know what their end game is -- to ask for money maybe?

I don't have a new phone number and I will not DM you first, so stay safe. 💖 by @rachelrofe

2022 definitely had some ups and downs but some of my favorite memories were:

- Being able to retire my mom

- Going on an epic trip with her to Istanbul, Portugal, Spain, Italy and meeting up with my sister and Gabey in Israel

- Multiple trips to Europe - enjoying a private island in Croatia, an epic Spain trip with Cease and Gabriel, a solo Portugal trip

- A truly beautiful birthday weekend after so much build up to it thanks to some incredible people in my life

- Mom’s cancerous lymph nodes going down 33.5%! Alison's are down too!

- So many fun trips with friends - Spain, St Pete, Vegas, Austin, Denver, Asheville, Apefest, Miami, NYC, on and on…I lost count of how many trips I took this year and with how many incredible people...

- Tons of family time

- Incredible Launch100 event where I got to see in person how many people were thriving with LHS and meet some of our amazing coaches in person

- So many amazing Low Hanging System success stories - I get so excited about every single one...

- My team has been absolutely phenomenal - the caliber of people I am fortunate to work with is insane... I'd start naming people but don't want to forget anyone...

- Lots of friend time - hanging with friends, meeting new ones, reconnecting with old ones... and meeting Jolene!! @realglenndawson

- I Rapid Rewired probably 100+ people

- Joined an amazing new gym I'm obsessed with

- Beautiful Sister Circle calls every week, going on for 9 years now...

- Private mastermind events like
the @grantcardone one were really insightful

- I did some really impactful personal growth this year with some dope modalities that have made a long-lasting difference for me

I’d recap the rough things too, but a) for better or worse I usually forget less than ideal things and b) my family will get here soon. And, onward and upward.

I’m looking forward to 2023 - my word of the year is “intentional”.
Do you have one?

Happy New Year. :) by @rachelrofe
