The end of a decade
This is #30 🤍

Finally #29 🌄
In the mountains for my yearly get- away, thanks for all the bday wishes. Your girl is on dnd until tomorrow ❤️ by @rachelsablowski

4 years and it feels like just yesterday I heard your laugh, heard one of your stupid jokes or heard you argue with me about how I wasn’t cleaning my car the “correct” way.
October 15, 2022 5:59PM will always be the worst day of my life. I re-play that day over and over again and wonder maybe if I was quicker to answer the phone if you would still be here. Or that I would at least be able to tell you that I love you. I had no idea that I would walk into a room and have a team of doctors tell me that you were gone and they tried there hardest but couldn’t save you.
Life without you will never be the same, there will always be a part of me that’s missing and I will never be able to fill that void. I never imagined in a million years I would ever loose my brother.
My only wish is to be half the amazing, selfless, talkative, caring person that you were. Your heart was truly way too big for this small of a world.
I will love you forever until I get to see you again, save a spot for me. I can’t wait to see you.🪽❤️ by @rachelsablowski

Squat day :) by @rachelsablowski

8 years in the gym . The before and after. First picture I weighed 250, now I weigh 197.
Lost a total of 100 pounds my first time around, doing everything incorrectly. Starving myself thinking it would make people like me better. Second time around I’m now on 17 pounds lost in 60 days just by tracking my food, walking 10k steps a day , one rest day and strength training mixed with treadmill on the other 6 days. Still do things incorrectly, but im learning and proud of myself .
And I’m turning off these comments bc this is so vulnerable for me. by @rachelsablowski
