Psalm, we pray Zephaniah 3:17 over your life. “The Lord your God in your midst, The Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.”

Shiloh,

Your name means peace
It marks you
It marked me
While you were in my womb, I experienced a peace like I’ve never known
I know God’s peace will follow you all of your days

This past year has been such a blessing
You’ve grown in such miraculous ways
Watching you grow, has grown me
It’s an honor watching you love, learn, and bloom
God gave us an abundant gift in you
Your eyes melt us
Your cuddles warm us
And your life has changed us

We continue to give you to Jesus & thank Him for trusting us to steward you
I pray that this next year you will grow even stronger, be full of abundant peace, and continue to praise every time you hear a worship song
You’ll always be our sweet girl

“And she made a vow, saying, “Lord Almighty, if you will only look on your servant’s misery and remember me, and not forget your servant but give her a son, then I will give him to the Lord for all the days of his life, and no razor will ever be used on his head.” I prayed for this child, and the Lord has granted me what I asked of him. So now I give him to the Lord. For his whole life he will be given over to the Lord.” And he worshiped the Lord there.”

The most precious gift to our family has arrived! Shiloh is Hebrew for peace & God’s abundance. We pray that she always walks in the peace of Christ & lives a life in His abundance of grace. Rae means light. We pray that as our baby girl grows in wisdom & stature that she always carries the light of Christ wherever she may go. Shiloh, you have captured our hearts more than you’ll ever know! by @rachelstrnd
