Rachel grew up in the ballet world, teaching, training and performing in California. She came to NYC 10 years ago, and fell in love with aerial arts. She went on to train hoop, silks and hammock with coaches all over the United States, Europe and Asia. She is passionate about making aerial arts accessible for everyone, and her classes place a strong emphasis on technique and movement quality. by @rachhaerial

I had the incredible honor of assisting 6 talented aerialists as they created their own aerial acts over the course of a month for the @bodyandpole student showcase. I could not be more proud of their creativity, technique, and movement quality. I cannot wait to see what y’all do next 🩷
