Holy moly it’s November next week! Filling my diary up for the rest of the year so if you need some support in crazy season hit me up and I’d love to chat!❤️

Linksin bio. Testimonials in my highlights from lovely peeps I’ve worked with before. And my DMs are always open (unless you’re a dick).

Okay byeeeeee! by @rachjames_uk

I unexpectedly had SO MUCH FUN (and all the feels) on this trip down client memory lane pulling testimonials together. 🥹

Here’s some of the cool stuff people trust me with...

✨ Taking the finance systems headache they’d been avoiding for years and getting it sorted
✨ Managing launches that did $80k–$250k+
✨ Building Notion dashboards, SOPs that don’t suck, systems, training VAs... all the behind-the-scenes glue
✨ Finding tech solutions that actually fit YOU (not 12 shiny new tools you’ll never open), taking the mental load off, and keeping the whole thing refreshingly simple
✨ Community. Making sure your people feel seen and heard.
✨ Anddddddd apparently “getting it” even when you don’t have the words for what you need (my actual favourite) 🫶🏻

P.S. if we’ve worked together and fancy chucking your own words on the pile, I’ll treasure them, and if you’ve got a mess you’ve been meaning to sort... you know where the DMs are 💛 by @rachjames_uk

Oh hiiiiiii friends! I've just finished a massive full-time project and I've got some space for new projects, hooray! 🎉

To kick-off summer, I'm running "HIRE ME FOR A DAY" again. This is one of my favourite ways for us to knock out something chunky together.

Here are a couple of ideas...
✨ Setting up a second brain (in Notion/Trello/Asana etc.. I can also help you figure out a good tool)

✨ Building flexible brain-friendly systems (lead gen, finances, CRM, whatever's calling...)

✨ Setting up a funnel, email sequence, automations

✨ Building a course/community, etc...

✨ Planning out a big project

✨ And I make a great brainstorming buddy if you just want to empty your brain and make sense of it all!

If that floats your boat DM me and let's chat! Or if you've got a friend I could help, I'd love you to share this post ❤️ by @rachjames_uk

FAAFO day 1… looks like i’m building a community 👀 by @rachjames_uk

f*ck around and find out update (and horrible undersell of my beloved Notion) by @rachjames_uk

Whoops I’m back! Day 1 of fucking around and (hopefully) finding out?!

Who’s in? by @rachjames_uk

Hit me up if that’s youuuuuu! I’ve got some capacity for new folks and I’m so excited to support you ❤️

Ooh and take a peek at my “kind words” highlight for nice things some past clients have shared …. 👀 by @rachjames_uk

Day 102… I wanna build something for neurodivergent/ALN parents to help us all with the work/money stuff. DM me if that’s you and you fancy brainstorming ❤️ by @rachjames_uk

100 days of doing the thing!

Keeping the counter going and I’ve got some exciting plans i’ll share over the next few days! ❤️ by @rachjames_uk

Day 99 (!!) of showing up and doing all the things in spite of this ADHD brain of mine.

Now here’s some fun irony for you.

I’ve spent a solid hour here faffing around with this bloody post, trying to figure out what I even wanted to say.

And the biggest theme has been learning to show up imperfectly (and not as you think you “should”) which this morning turned into a masterclass in. 🤣

I tried going straight to writing, I tried voice-noting, I tried asking AI to help me think (with strict instructions not to write a single word for me), I very nearly quit... and then I remembered what actually works for me.

For getting my ideas out that looks like.. Process FIRST. Probably verbally aka waffling out loud. And know it’ll 100% be a mess. Then go to video and see what comes out. Only then can I think about being concise.

And the biggest thing I’ve learned: I’m never going to have a perfect plan. The planning and the actual happening of life are two very different things, and I’ve never learned that harder than this year.

This year has been in many ways a shit show. School, work, everything imploding at once. But also a year of growth and expansion and lots of wonderful bits that make you rethink everything.

When you’re neurodivergent, the plan most people follow just doesn’t work. What does?

Being okay with uncertainty. Taking action anyway. Being visibly imperfect and not having the answers.

That’s really hard when the way you’ve always white-knuckled through life is solving things and having all the answers.

Funnily enough I started an abandoned-ish Substack years ago called Doing It Differently. Turns out that’s exactly it.

So....two days to 100! I’m keeping the counter going, but I’m changing what I’m doing with it - double down on showing up as my full self, and experimenting with where that can take me.

What else is possible when you do it your way?

Who’s coming with me?

Over and out ❤️ by @rachjames_uk

Day 96!

TLDR - mixing this format up when I get to 100 days! 🥳
The goal was intrinsic… get used to talking to camera and showing up more than I don’t, so hooray for that!

+ clearing out as much of next week as I can so it feels like a break before September lands…

Have a beautiful day! by @rachjames_uk
