Borrowed the Narberth Library pass for @chanticleergarden and had the loveliest time wandering amongst the flowers and the trees.
Especially loved all the asters.
Definitely in the garden stage of my life. by @rachun69

Some lovely Swedish swims .. here in Tangarna, on Dromso and then today at North Koster. Water between 59 and 61, calm and clear to choppy and a fair few jellies. by @rachun69

Happy Fathers Day to 2 of the best … David Paul, and me and @matthewhunter777 lovely Dad John.
It’s been a gift to observe just how much D loves his girls … and such a gift to understand how such a love feels, because Dad always always made sure that we knew exactly how much he loved us.
Happy Fathers Day to all the other amazing dads out there ❤️💕💗💜 by @rachun69

Birds
Just a few examples of the wonderful art we came across in the Westfjords.
The amazing paintings in Flateyri by Jean Larsen and then these gorgeous hand carved birds at our Hotel (Laugarholl).
Today we were serenaded by snipes and godwits on the most gorgeous of settings … wetlands, fjords, walking back from dinner.
This has been an amazing trip 💗🇮🇸🦆🐦‍⬛ by @rachun69

I urge everyone to listen to this episode of @ezraklein podcast with Philippe Sands.

Sands is a lawyer who specialises in genocide cases, and is the author of When East West Street, about how the idea of genocide was developed and written into international law.

I see people making light of the ICC, Amnesty, IAGS, UNHR and many others declaring that Israel is committing genocide. As Sands clearly states (about what Israel is doing in Gaza and Palestine): “I am not focused on whether it’s a war crime or a crime against humanity or a genocide, which is a distraction from the real issue. It is utterly appalling and unjustifiable and should not be happening … these debates distract us from the horror that is unfolding before our own eyes”. by @rachun69

Gorgeous day out with mum @aberglasney.
Beautiful plantings, so many delightful flowers … and the scent of the roses was heavenly 🌹🌸🌺 by @rachun69
