We were at Kitty Hawk Aerodrom today serving up our Pale Ale and IPA and introducing the Racketeers to new audiences. If we met you today, thanks for coming and having a beer with us!
The weather was hilariously British, but regardless the showmanship was amazing! by @racketeersbrewingco

Keg Washing Day 🧼🍺

Before a keg gets filled with our beer, it needs to be properly cleaned and sanitised- and that’s a process we take seriously.

As a small independent microbrewery, we don’t have all the big brewery equipment under our own roof. Luckily, we have some great friends in the brewing community. Our friends at Brew Brothers have the keg-cleaning equipment, and every now and then they kindly let us use it.

So, it’s off to the Brewing Brothers for a proper keg-washing session: cleaning, sanitising and getting everything ready for the next batch of Racketeers beer. 🍻

It’s one of those less glamorous jobs behind the scenes, but an essential part of brewing good beer.

Small brewery. Big passion. And plenty of cleaning! 😄

A lovely review of the Racketeers Pale Ale. This is our most popular summer beverage. Light and refreshing and very supable as Joanna tells us!
