Lately, I’ve been on a mission to collect all the vinyl of projects we’ve worked on, and this one just arrived! Back in 2016, I had the honor of recording Brian Wilson performing Pet Sounds live at the Ryman Auditorium over two unforgettable nights. It was a surreal experience that taught me so much about his process. Watching him rehearse his band in sections, perfect harmonies, and give detailed notes on consonants, vowels, and dynamics for every word—it was nothing short of genius.
