HYROX finisher 🥹🤪🏆
This race meant so much to me. The day I signed up was the day I lost my brother. We always bonded over fitness and I always admired his dedication and consistency in this space. I chose to honor him💛 and follow through even when I wanted to give up. This race pushed me past my limits and challenged me in ways I wasn’t prepared for(a calf cramp & silent battles)….. BUT… we got it done! 🏁

To my friends & family, thank you for your unwavering support these past months and day of, couldn’t have done it without you!

It’s been 4 weeks since my brother left us earthside.
grief is a weird thing. You have good days, terrible days but have to constantly face the fact that the days are going by. It feels like you’re in a time warp and you just hope you wake up and it’s all a dream.

This month was HARD. I’m thankful for my family, my community, my beautiful friends who have not left my side ❤️‍🩹 every call, text, message, flower, food delivery, “get up, you’re coming with us” text, has not gone unnoticed. These are moments from the month. Just a little wrinkle in time. Trying to balance between feeling the feels and choosing joy.

January requires us to take it day by day… but today, we pause to honor you, Eddie🪽💛 MISS YOU SO MUCH OUR SWEET ANGEL by @rackrackk

COACH C LOADED 💫 🤸🏼‍♀️🩰

What started off as a way for me to connect with myself and clear my mind in some of the hardest times of life, has become a bigger purpose in my journey. Some know, I became certified to teach pilates in January of this year. Something that has been one of my goals & on the back burner for awhile, came to the forefront and I haven’t looked back.

Pilates has taught me how to slow down, move with intention, and build strength from the inside out - not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too! 🤍 It has become my safe space and brought so much meaningfulness to my life.. 🥹

To know me, is to know I’m a huge people person! I love building relationships and now I get to connect people to something that’s near & dear to me. This community fills my cup & brings me sooooo much JOY!
