I haven’t always known how to receive feedback. The result? People wouldn’t bring their honesty to me and distance would grow between us. I also used to withhold my feedback from others. And then tension would build and eventually i’d blow up the relationship with the force of all the things i’d left unsaid. I hurt a lot of people i love that way. Now i have a process that makes it possible for people to bring me their feedback and possible for me to learn from those i live how i can do better. how to be a better steward of our relationship. Thank you @energetic.intelligence Kacey Cardin, for being my most recent teacher on this frontier. I treasure your insight greatly and am humbled and grateful for the opportunity to do better. by @rad_ty_fowler
