“Dad, I will have those letters after my name!”BSN, RNOur youngest, Hailey said that when she came home from college in Florida. She loved it, but it wasn’t meant for her at the time. She came back to cold Wisconsin and enrolled in nursing school.BSN, RNShe worked part-time and also volunteeredat Children’s. She also got certified as a CNA.BSN, RNShe then applied for a CNA position, had to advocate for herself and worked 12 hour, overnight shifts.BSN, RNShe then graduated with her BSN…and today she passed her NCLEX…..She is now Hailey Hess, BSN, RN!
