🚨THIS IS AN APPRECIATION POST:🚨
.
It’s wild to me that I was on stage with some of Richmond’s talented musicians Wednesday @harrysrva. 😱 Over a year ago, I was asked to join with @nightshiftnick @mrnicosalazar to form a band. Their vision was to blend elements of jazz, blues, and funk together for the passion and appreciation of those genres and I couldn’t be happier to say yes. It only got bigger and better with @tommayyyyyy and @saxypandabear rolled into the group known as the Broadstrokes.
.
We’ve been goin’ nonstop buildin’ our audience, reputation, and connections here; collaborating with our talented friends like @_tqwva , and weather machine’s own @e.krash18 , @mdellaripa , and @dacostaba [ @therealweathermachine] 👈🏽 to share the stage multiple times, rehearse, and just shedd with us. I share this to say it has and still is privilege to be apart of the collab.
.
I also want to give a huge shoutout 📣 to our buddy Dave [ @bluesnightjammin ] for not only givin’ the band an opportunity to make our break and believin’ us, but continue supportin’ us through sound engineering and production to give us the best sound possible. 🙏🏽
.
Wednesday night showed we put the work in to bring the crowd in, turn heads to see the experience, and want more.
.
Big changes are comin’ to the band so if you haven’t already, go and FOLLOW not just the band [ @the.broadstrokes ] but all the pages I captioned on here. To the people that been here with us from the beginnin’ thank you for stickin’ with our long journey. To the people steppin’ in, we welcome you and enjoy the ride with us. 🚗🎵 by @radicalrecords
