My Leo Moon wanted to play and share today. If you’re interested in joining and we don’t know each other, feel free to email me to set up time to discuss the class and all it entails. 12 weeks is a big commitment so if I can answer any questions for you, know I am here. This class is my baby! (Yes, Mina and Luna are my babies too) This has been my most expansive and successful class in my almost 20 year career. I’m a total nerd 🤓 and all my classes are lecture first practice second. Classes will be held on Wednesdays this coming cycle and they usually run 2 1/2-3 hours.

We’re back❣️ Well we never went away but @radicalreiki and I are offering this once again, this time for Goddess Day on Friday the 13th, and of course the day before 💘 day.

It is a healing experience offered on every layer and level—physically, emotionally, energetically and spiritually. Both the Akashic realm and the 13th Octave exist in the quantum field, i.e. the infinite fields of consciousness where all things exist and are possible.

By tapping into it using these two specific modalities, we can use powerful energy healing to restore balance and harmony within the body, and create space for answers and guidance.

These modalities always ground me and remind me what truly matters. It’s been so rough out there, to say the least, and sometimes you just need to be held. And this energy does just that.

You will receive LaHoChi energy healing from both the expanded state of 13th Octave and the Akashic realm at the same time. Whatever is in your Akashic records that is ready for transmutation, the LaHoChi energy will address it.

🔗 you know where, to join 💞🌹 by @radicalreiki

It’s always there in the room with me, and while most days it’s just a fixture of my mental field and emotional body, sometimes a work of art, a song, or a film will call it to attention, asking for it to be felt. You’d think I’d be prepared for the way it grips my heart and lungs, but I never get used to it. Tonight, it was Hamnet. It was devastatingly beautiful. Death as a guide. Death as a forever companion in this life. My biggest Mediumistic Teacher. If you haven’t let yourself feel it in a long time, go see this masterpiece of a film!

In 2016, I was a year into Radical Reiki and still building my practice and business out of a tiny closet of a bedroom in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. In the spring of 2015 I went to the St. Denis Building in Union Square to receive a Source Point Therapy session from @katieparkerbodywork, and the moment I walked in, I had an instant awareness that I was familiar with this place just like when you meet a soul person. It was a soul place I knew right then that I was going to work there. I saw clients there and taught classes there. I also smoked a lot of cigarettes outside that place bc balance.

The St. Denis Building no longer exists, but the magic of that place still does. Any and every type of practitioner you can imagine worked there. It held so many portals and reminded me of some of the buildings in the show Fringe. I remember new clients knocking on my office door and being like “Oh sorry, is this the Radical Reiki office?” People thought I was a hair stylist because I didn’t look like a “healer” to them. 😆

That year, during the Capricorn new moon, I set an intention that six months later changed my life by bringing the Akashic into my work. I also drove across the country with my best friend. I flew out to San Francisco, and we spent two weeks driving and seeing friends across many states.

That was also the year I launched my website and began teaching Reiki remotely after a strong nudge from my guides, who reminded me that many people do not have access to teachers. I went to countless shows at St. Vitus, saw Chelsea Wolfe numerous times, and listened to King Woman’s EP Doubt probably more than anyone else that year. It was my 2016 soundtrack. I had some of the worst dates of my life that year too!

I also made so many friends on Instagram, people I have since met in real life and who are now some of my closest friends. This was the year I realized that Instagram and its reach were actively changing my life. It is because of this app that I have acquired so many national and international clients, and because of it that I have been able to work in many other cities.

I was reminded of all of this yesterday 💜💜💜 #sickofmechallenge by @radicalreiki

(You don’t have to have it all figured out now*) I don’t feel like fixing the post now 😆 This season invites introspective elemental water. It’s my favorite season and my favorite elemental meridians.
Where there is a crack, WATER enters not to conquer,
but to remind the stone it was never sealed.
Elemental water governs the kidney and bladder channels. In balance, it teaches us how to ✨WAIT AND MAKE SPACE✨ so we can hear the true desires of the heart.

You may not yet know how the events and lessons of 2025 are meant to reveal themselves to you. If you have been caught in survival mode or a freeze response, if kidney jing qi has been depleted, how can integration happen while the body is still living through fear?
Depleted kidney qi keeps us circling the same fear based lens. It becomes difficult to reflect, to feel meaning, or to sense what wants to move forward. Stagnant water channels effects THE EMOTIONAL BODY. Lets balance the energetic water flow to ease this emotional stresses and soothe the adrenals and the nervous system.

I invite you to join me in making space through breath, gentle tapping, and mindful awareness of the interstitial waters held in the tissues. Together, we will support the movement of stagnated water with Karuna Ki Reiki.

You do not need the perfect words.
You do not need a polished wrap up of the year if you don’t really feel it or know what it all means for you yet.
You only need to show up and make space.
This liminal winter season is here to help you reflect on what you have learned and feel into what you want to expand and flow into for 2026.

Join me live on Zoom for my annual New Year’s Day Event at 4:00 PM EST to breathe, feel, and receive energetic healing support.
