What a fantastic day at RAECON 2026! 💚🏡

A full day of learning, laughing, catching up with colleagues, connecting with some of our favourite industry suppliers and hearing from some fantastic speakers.

Loved the social media insights from Katie Lance (yes, apparently there are still a few tricks we haven’t tried 😂📱) and it was great catching up with Rob and Beth Andress of Street Safe Self Defence Training Co. 👊

That’s what makes RAECON so much fun — great people, fresh ideas, lots of learning and maybe just a little socializing along the way. 😂

🥳 Celebrating SharonOS 6.0 is now out! 🎂

Happy Birthday, Sharon! ❤️🎉

What a weekend! We had the absolute best time celebrating one of the most beautiful humans I know and the incredible person that is Sharon. ❤️

And somehow… we actually managed to surprise her! 😂

A MASSIVE shoutout to @rhiannonafoster who travelled all the way from Vancouver at the very last minute just to be here and surprise Sharon. The look on Sharon’s face was absolutely priceless — and I can honestly say this may be the first time EVER that Sharon was completely speechless! 😂❤️

There are so many people who deserve a huge thank you for helping make this weekend so incredibly special.

❤️ To Sharon’s amazing family and friends — thank you for helping pull everything together and for helping me keep the biggest secret ever!

🎈 Thank you to Samantha for the beautiful decorations that helped make the celebration so special.

🎂 A massive thank you to Mary Frances for the AMAZING dual birthday cakes. They were every bit as incredible as Sharon!

20 FEET. 🧗‍♂️🔥

Three years ago, when I started obstacle course racing, climbing a rope was something I simply could NOT do. 😂 I couldn’t haul my big ass up that rope to save my life!

Fast-forward to this past weekend… and here I am climbing a 20-foot rope at the Spartan Race. 💪🔥

What changed? Perseverance. Training. Failure. Getting back up. And some pretty special little people who took the time to teach me proper foot holds and technique. ❤️

They showed me that sometimes the thing standing between you and the top isn’t strength—it’s believing you can get there.

And this is your reminder:

You can do hard things when you believe in yourself, work hard, and surround yourself with a community of people who push you to become the best and strongest version of yourself.

One pull. One step. One decision at a time.

Three years ago, I couldn’t get up the rope.

This weekend, I made it to the top. 🧗‍♂️🔥

Anything is possible when you put your mind to it.

Radically grateful for the journey, the lessons, the people who believed in me, and every single person who continues to push me higher. ❤️‍🔥

10 KM. 25 OBSTACLES. ONE HELL OF A DAY! 🏃‍♂️💨

Today we are SPARTANS! 🛡️

After 2+ months of training—gym sessions, Monday night run clubs, obstacle work, rope climbs, sore muscles & plenty of days when we didn’t feel like showing up—we DID IT!

Walls, monkey bars, carries, crawls, rope climbs, mud, fire & everything in between tested our strength, grip, endurance & mindset.

Because WE CAN DO HARD THINGS & doing hard things makes us stronger, more confident and more resilient in everything we do.

🏆 THE SHOUTOUTS:

🔥 ERIN— Balancing kids’ summer schedules, a crazy real estate market, training & running—and STILL making race day! Absolute rockstar!

🦵 ALEX — KNEES OF A CHAMPION! You showed up even when you didn’t want to & became a BEAST on the monkey bars! 🐒💪

💪 RICHARD — Last year you missed the sign-up. This year you made it happen. You trained, ran, joined gym sessions & built serious discipline. You CRUSHED it! Can’t wait to see your next race!

🤠 SCOTT — BEASTMODE COWBOY! Battling a massive neck flare-up & STILL crossing the finish line FIRST with a NEW PR! 🏆🔥 Incredible!

💥 COLBY — Thanks for coming up from Calgary! Your arm & grip strength are INSANE. You were a force on that course!

🗓️ AARON — Thank you for organizing the crew, coordinating everything, building the training/running plans & keeping our weekly run clubs going! And yes… run club continues into the fall! 🏃‍♂️🔥

🏋️‍♀️ ANTONIO — Thank you for the training plans, gym sessions, encouragement & getting us race-ready. We couldn’t have done it without you! ❤️

🏃🏼‍♀️ SHAINA - You killed the Runs & the Training, it was amazing to train with you! Next year your race will be one to watch 💪🏼👀

🌎 Today was one of those days that reminds me why I love this industry.

Staying informed about the Edmonton region’s economic future is one of the best ways we can continue to serve our clients with confidence, knowledge, and purpose. I had the privilege of joining nearly 100 fellow REALTORS® to hear from Edmonton Global about the incredible work they’re doing to attract investment, create jobs, and position the Edmonton region on the global stage.

A massive thank you to Darby Edgar, CEO of Edmonton Global, for such an insightful and inspiring presentation. Your passion for our region was evident, and the open Question & Answer session provided valuable perspective on where Edmonton is headed and the exciting opportunities that lie ahead. Thank you for your leadership, your transparency, and your commitment to helping our region thrive.

I’m especially radically grateful for our industry partners and the amazing community of REALTORS® who continue to invest in learning, collaborating, and growing together. When we come together with a shared vision, we all become better professionals—and our clients are the ones who benefit most.

🐥 Bring in the Chickadees this August Long Weekend!🐥

🚨 While Aaron was away for the August Long Weekend… Aunty Sharon recruited some VERY enthusiastic assistants! 😂❤️ Aaron’s FOMO is going to go NUTS! 🥜 🤪

Our favourite little Chickadees took over the SOLD sticker duty and even attempted Aaron’s infamous SOLD high kicks! 🦵🏡 We think they absolutely crushed it… what do you think? Did they earn a spot on the team? 😄

Long weekends are all about slowing down, making memories, sharing laughs, and spending time with the people who matter most. We feel radically grateful for every opportunity to create these moments with our family while also celebrating incredible milestones with our amazing clients.

SOLD! 🏡❤️

There are some sales that mean a little more… and this is definitely one of them.

A huge congratulations to my amazing friends, Jason & Jennifer, on the successful sale of their home in Lewis Estates! 🎉

I’ve been blessed to call these two friends for well over 10 years, so when Jason called me about three months ago and asked if I would help their family sell their home, I was honestly Radically Grateful. Out of all the choices they had, they trusted me with one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives—the future and security of their family—and that trust is something I’ll never take for granted.

Selling a home isn’t just about putting a sign on the lawn. It’s about listening, creating a strategy, navigating challenges, communicating every step of the way, and making sure my clients feel supported from start to finish. Watching everything come together for Jason and Jennifer has been incredibly rewarding.

I’m also incredibly excited for your family as you prepare to move into your beautiful new home on the south side of Edmonton. Today, we celebrate 9 years of marriage and 17 incredible years of choosing each other. ❤️

On July 29, 2017, surrounded by our family, friends, and the people who loved us most at McDougall United Church, we promised to walk through life together. Looking back, I had no idea just how much those vows would come to mean.

Marriage hasn’t been perfect, and I wouldn’t want it any other way. We’ve celebrated incredible highs, walked through difficult seasons, laughed until we cried, shed tears together, learned, grown, forgiven, and loved each other through every chapter. Every challenge has strengthened us, and every victory has been sweeter because we’ve shared it side by side.

Scott, I thank God every single day for bringing you into my life. You are my greatest blessing, my best friend, my biggest supporter, and the person I get to build this beautiful life with. I never take that for granted.

Every morning I wake up wanting to be a better husband for you, for us, and for the family we’ve created together. Watching you love our babes, care for our home, and pour your heart into the people around you makes me fall in love with you over and over again.

When I look back on the last 17 years, my heart is full of gratitude. And when I think about all the years we still get to share, all the memories we have yet to create, and all the adventures that still await us, I get excited all over again.

Thank you for choosing me. Thank you for believing in us. Thank you for loving me through every season of life.

Here’s to the next chapter, the next adventure, and many more anniversaries together. I love you more than words can ever fully express.
