Happy Birthday to a truly remarkable man. The Honourable commissioner for works (rural roads) and public information, Mr Charles Ehiedu Aniagwu ! 🎉🎂

Beyond the office and responsibilities, I celebrate the man you are–humble, warm, approachable and genuinely accommodating. Your ability to remain so free and easy to relate with, despite the position you occupy, is something I truly admire.

May this new chapter bring you good health, wisdom, peace, greater accomplishments and abundant blessings. May you continue to make a meaningful impact and have many more beautiful years ahead. 🙏🏽

From the Delta State Media Broadcast Conference straight to the studio for my Friday night TGIF shift. 🎙️✨

One minute, I was deep in media conversations and networking; the next, I was behind the mic doing what I love.

The life of an ever-busy OAP moving from one assignment to another, keeping the energy up and, of course, looking good while doing it. 😂💅🏽

My colleague Gabriel had the camera out that night and clearly understood the assignment. 📸😉

Just another night of doing my thing. 🎙️❤️

It was a delight to have been present at the DBMC 2026🎙️📸

Also a great opportunity to have connected with fellow media professionals, learn, share ideas, and reflect on the evolving broadcast industry.

A big shout out to one of the speakers @ayomairoese and the veteran broadcaster and SSA to the Governor of Delta State on Protocol @samuelfejokwu aka the real satisfaction.

Shout out to my colleagues @aproko_minister_ @kasboi4real @prnce_nosa @mbanefojr @praise_soje

Some moments are worth documenting, even after the event is over. ✨

Two weeks later, and I’m still looking back at some of the moments from the Delta State Economic and Investment Summit.

On day two, I had a light-hearted chit-chat with the Commissioner for Works and Public Information, Charles Aniagwu. We talked, laughed and shared a few moments before getting into a proper interview.

He was genuinely friendly, warm and accommodating, which made the interaction even more enjoyable.

Here’s a little glimpse of that moment before the interview. 🎥

There are days that remind you why you chose journalism, and today was one of them.

Day 1 of the Delta State Economic and Investment Summit 2026 was filled with meaningful conversations, bold ideas, and opportunities to hear directly from some of the minds shaping economic policy and development.

I had the privilege of speaking with Professor PLO Lumumba, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, and several other distinguished guests while covering the event.

Every assignment is another opportunity to learn, tell important stories, and grow in this profession I’m passionate about.

This is just Day 1, and I’m looking forward to bringing you more highlights as the summit continues.
