On Saturday I Took 40 People to Two Properties - sourced and delivered by myself and @savoysproperties

We started off at a property that is mid-construction and moved onto one that is almost ready to rent 🤩

At the first site we talked all things Sourcing & Construction, from floor plans to building regulations

And at the second site we went over the figures, lending and creating a long-lasting and lucrative asset

We even had a Guest Appearance during our first site visit from the incredible Julie Griggs (co-founder of CPC Finance 🤩)

With the help of our star sponsors @cpcfinance , and the support of @falcon_insurance_

And a special thank you to @amans.shots for capturing the moment and @qualityworkwearservices for the branded Hi-Vis and merch 💙 taken in London, United Kingdom by @radiproperties
