Happy birthday, 32, 1669 weeks, a lucky 7 years together. How blessed am I to be able to spend every day with you. Anyone could vouch as to how endlessly proud I am of you, your work, your spirit, your love, your being.

Thank you for loving me and being in this realm. Your face is one that brings so much light and joy to this world and your life is an inspiration to everyone around you to care deeply, act intently, dream big, eat slow, admire the details, laugh big, be strong, and grow together.

Celebrating three years of sobriety today 🙂‍↕️💕

I turned my competitive nature towards myself and originally started this as a month-long "no alcohol" challenge, but somehow three years has blown by.

Massive shout-out to my incredible friends and partner for being so supportive and loving; i feel held and cared for and I couldn't have made it this long without you guys. Love you with all my heart 💖

Also sending a thank you to my Stems family for always having n/a options for me to sip on 🥹💕 Grateful to work alongside the sweetest & most considerate flower fairies 💐

Perks of being alcohol-free are: I feel lighter, my skin looks (almost) flawless, the connections I've made are deeper and more sincere, and I feel more grounded most of the time.

Here's to chasing the feeling of experiencing life as is!!

A whirlwind of a year!! One filled to the brim with florals, sleepy cats, good food, the best company & quick adventures.

Thirty, dirty laps around the sun, another year of sobriety down & finally on track with my mental health. Yes yes, all in all, a good year.

Thirty laps around the sun last Saturday ✨🦂🌞

Started my third decade surrounded by my closest friends, some old and some very new, and loved every moment of it. I'm so grateful for the friendships that I have cultivated over my life, the communities that I am woven into and the families that I have chosen to partake in life's journey with.

Thank you to all of my beautiful friends & partner for coming together to make my birthday dreams come true. And thank you to everyone who sent me birthday love.
