I’ve never really been someone who shares every part of my life online.

Most of the things that shape me happen in the moments you don’t always see.

The uncomfortable conversations with myself.
The seasons of grief and disappearing into distractions.
The days spent in bed doing absolutely nothing.
The ideas that keep me up at night and rarely make it out of my notes.
The urge to start from scratch. Again and again.

The last few months have been some of the most challenging, exciting, confusing, and transformative of my life.

I’ve been building.
Creating.
Beginning again.
Adapting to a whole new identity, becoming a mother, and still having absolutely no idea how I’m going to balance it all.

One thing that’s been true about me for as long as I can remember: I work best in community.

And somewhere along the way, I realized that maybe the value isn’t in showing up once everything is figured out. Maybe it’s in sharing the journey while it’s happening.

So, y’all... I’m making myself accountable to you. To showing up, sharing more, and being human through all of it.

I’ve learned a lot. I’m learning even more. And I think there’s something valuable in sharing it while I’m still living it.

You know that cloud nine feeling when you leave a decadent dinner, an unparalleled event, or live show buzzing with energy — smiling ear to ear?✨

In that glow, everything just seems to click. You meet the collaborator who can take your project to the next level, finally land on that marketing tagline you’ve been blocked with all week, stumble across a business card that feels serendipitously placed, or bump into the very connection who’s been lingering in the back of your mind.

Some of my most profound poems are typed into my notes mid-groove on the dance floor. Many of my best partnerships sparked on spontaneous adventures.

When fun is the frequency, abundance is the reward.

In these elevated states, dopamine rises — sharpening creativity, problem-solving, and openness.

Fun isn’t a distraction — it’s alignment.

Joy and enthusiasm are magnetic. People are drawn to those who radiate it, which is why opportunities, clients, and collaborations flow with so much more ease.

Fun isn’t far from purpose — it is purpose.

Positive emotions expand awareness and unlock flow states — those peak zones are exactly where your best ideas and highest performance come alive.
