Wanted to share my thoughts on @badbunnypr Halftime show, it was so amazing to see his performance showcase the beauty of Latin culture. I think for many Latin Americans this performance resonated with us because of the current state of this country with the ice involvement in many of our communities. I think it’s also beautiful that his performance was inclusive to so many other countries and I think having that representation especially during these times of systemic oppression is really important and can impact positively in so many ways!

Hi Everyone!!!!

I’m doing a zine workshop with the Newburgh Arts and Cultural Commission for their ArtBiz workshop series this coming Saturday, July 18th from 1-3pm at the Newburgh Armory Unity Center.

This program is for Ages 13-18 and will explore the wonderful world of zine-making, its origins, and its impact as an art medium. All materials are provided too, so bring yourself and your cool ideas :D

We will be making SOOO MUCH ZINES!!! It will be a lot of fun, so if you’re interested please sign up at the NACC website for the workshop!

I did this mini comic strip for the programming brochure for @kicexpo — I love my trinkets… 💕

Happy Peruvian Independence Day!!! ✨🇵🇪✨

July is such a beautiful month and always fills me with such pride of being Peruvian and for me food has always brought me closer to my roots. One of my favorite Peruvian dishes is Lomo Saltado and I also broke down the essential ingredients to make one in this illustration (in case you wanted to try it, I highly recommend it or just any Peruvian dish)

I hope everyone is having a great day and I wish all Peruvians a wonderful and festive Independence Day!!!
