This is a case of an 11-year-old boy who came to the x-ray department with localized pain in the left arm for nearly 5 months. No previous history of trauma was referred in an otherwise healthy patient.

Radiographs, isotope bone-scan, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging of the lesion involving the left humerus was done.

Histological diagnosis from biopsy of the humerus was metastasis from mucinous adenocarcinoma.

The primary tumor site was identified in the sigmoid-descending colon, and at presentation, in addition to the left humerus, the disease had already developed in multiple skeletal sites.

This case considers literature concerning such a rare disease in children. This is, to our knowledge, the first report of childhood colorectal cancer diagnosed because of a bone metastasis.

52 yaşlı xanım pasiyent bizə sağ süd vəzisində palpator olaraq sərt əllənən kütlə (şiş) şikayəti ilə müraciət edib. İcra etdiyimiz Ultrasəs Müayinəsi (USM) zamanı sağ süd vəzisində areola nahiyəsində səthi yerləşimli 3 ədəd bir-birinə intim yerləşən 35x20mm-(peri və intranodulyar güclü vaskulyarizasiyalı), altında 21x13mm-(RDUS zamanı avaskulyar), yanında 13x7mm-(RDUS zamanı avaskulyar) ölçülü nahamar, dəqiq konturlu, qeyri-homogen strukturlu patoloji törəmələr aşkarladıq. Və bu patologiyanı Multifokal Cr-Xərçəng (BIRADS 5) kimi qiymətləndirdik. Bütün regionar limfa düyünləri patologiyasız idi və qara ciyərdə GRADE I hepatosteatoz. Pasiyent müvafiq olaraq Mammoloqun qəbuluna göndərildi. Mammoloqun təyinatı üzrə pasiyentə Mammaqrafiya diaqnostik müayinə metodu və tru-cut (qalın iynə) biopsiyası tövsiyyə olundu. Pasiyent Mammaqrafiya müayinəsindən keçdi, lakin tru-cut (qalın iynə) biopsiyasından imtina etdi.

A 52-year-old female patient presented with a palpable, firm mass in her right breast. Ultrasound examination revealed three closely adjacent, superficial pathological lesions in the areolar region of the right breast: a 35x20 mm mass (showing intense peri- and intranodular vascularity), an underlying 21x13 mm mass (avascular on colour Doppler), and an adjacent 13x7 mm mass (avascular on colour Doppler). These lesions were characterized by irregular shapes, well-defined margins, and heterogeneous internal structure. The findings were assessed as multifocal breast carcinoma (BI-RADS 5). Regional lymph nodes appeared normal, and Grade I hepatic steatosis was noted in the liver. The patient was referred to a breast specialist (Mammologist), who recommended a diagnostic Mammogram and a core needle (tru-cut) biopsy. The patient underwent the Mammogram but declined the core needle biopsy.

Və bu törəmələri Kompleks fibroadenoma-BIRADS 3 kimi dəyərləndirdik. Pasiyent müvafiq olaraq Mammoloqun qəbuluna göndərildi. Mammoloqun təyinatı üzrə pasiyentə Mammaqrafiya diaqnostik müayinə metodu və tru-cut (qalın iynə) biopsiyası tövsiyyə olundu və icra edildi. Patositomorfoloji rəy: Fibroadenoma gəldi. A 51-year-old female patient presented to us complaining of a palpable, firm mass in her right breast. Ultrasound examination revealed two encapsulated, mixed-structure lesions with smooth, well-defined margins in the upper quadrants of the right breast: one measuring 18x16 mm (showing strong perinodular vascularity on colour Doppler ultrasound) and another measuring 12x5 mm (avascular on colour Doppler ultrasound). These lesions were classified as complex fibroadenomas (BI-RADS 3). The patient was referred to a breast specialist (mammologist), who recommended and performed a diagnostic mammogram and a core needle (tru-cut) biopsy. The pathocytomorphological report confirmed a diagnosis of fibroadenoma. Surgical intervention was also recommended, but the patient declined surgery.

During the ultrasound examination, we detected a pathological lesion in the lower-outer quadrant of the left breast measuring 22x16 mm; it exhibited spiculated margins and a heterogeneous structure, and appeared avascular on colour Doppler ultrasound. We classified this lesion as malignant (BI-RADS 5). All regional lymph nodes and the liver were free of pathology. The patient was referred to a breast specialist (mammologist). Based on the specialist's recommendations, a diagnostic mammogram and a core needle (tru-cut) biopsy were performed. Pathocytomorphological report: Invasive breast carcinoma.
