Stages - my ‘Project U’ for @fashion_textiles_ual_fad

In reference to my grandfather, representing his need to still work in Russia as a comedian and the juxtaposition on his opposition to the government, his morals and anxieties.
I represented this through my own take on armour, as well as ‘Cheburashka’ prints and silhouettes reminiscent of my time growing up in Russia, how my imagination presented itself under a regime of censorship.
I made the look in a day and directed this concept video the next, huge thank you to the incredible team, who made this happen despite the stress💗
