I surely was a long way from home. When living in Paris, I created with the warrior @cheickamadoutidianeseck and his many brilliant musicians who studied under him. So, when he calls you on stage to sing at a live TV UNESCO sold-out performance, even though you don't know the song, you go. It's not perfect, but it doesn't matter, as spirit was there. Besides, being able to improvise whilst getting yourself out of the way, it's quite a feat. Actually, it scares me plenty. But, moments like these give me the opportunity to practice just this - the allowance of spirit/anointing to move. I am grateful 🙏🏽

💜 Very few black actors were featured on @friends ... I was one. It was an awesome experience; one I'll never forget. I then went on to do a movie with Lisa and be featured on Courtney's own show. I am grateful and blessed. Shout out to the cast of @friends and to their reunion on @hbomax. Bless! @jenniferaniston @cococox @lisakudrow @mleblanc @therealdavidschwimmer

Grateful! I have always wanted to be a #workingactor , but this business has a 97% unemployment rate. Less than 3% of actors are working at any given moment. Many are usually underpaid, sometimes making less than minimum wage. I am truly blessed. I truly enjoy being a vessel and having the opportunity to play - bringing a character to life.

I signed an NDA; I can't give any information or post anything on social media as a whole. This was approved and is the most I can do. Maybe one day, you will be watching a show and BAM!!! You'll see me pop up on your screen 🙏🏽 or maybe once it's released, they'll allow me to show it 🤞🏽

Dressing room chronicles! So blessed! A big shout out to @lexi_spanier for seeing me in this show. She asked that I wear my signature braids; it was all about representing me as a realsiitc Black woman in my full element. I am so impressed with her.
