POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’ve opened 11+ restaurants across the U.S. & Canada —
not just showing up, but building the teams, fixing the systems, and driving the numbers.

I’ve worked inside the big corporate machines…
and I’ve seen exactly where businesses leave money on the table.

Now I do it independently.

I go into restaurants that are:
– understaffed
– unorganized
– inconsistent
– or just not as profitable as they should be

…and turn them into operations that actually run smooth and make money.

This is Startup Diaries —
but not the cute version.

This is:
– what’s actually wrong in most restaurants
– what needs to be fixed first
– how to increase revenue without just “getting more customers”
– and how to build systems that don’t fall apart when you’re not there

If you’re in hospitality, building something, or trying to scale what you already have…

watch closely.

I’m breaking it all down. 🎥✨ by @raeereese

We brought the courts, the community, and the conversation because at The Healthy Ledger, financial wellness isn’t just about the numbers, it’s about the whole life you’re building. Grateful for every agent, prospect, and friend who showed up to play, connect, and learn what it really means to build wealth on your own terms.

Huge thanks to the team that made it all come together: @eventsbytiffanym for pulling every detail together, @12.ninety.and.co for the beautiful florals, @teddysprintsandevent for the signage, @stonevisuals for the photography, and @directedfromthegarden for the video. 📸🎥

And a big thank you to our sponsors @dtoxjuice, @thevelvetbar_, @wholefoods, and @fifththird for helping bring this one together with some goodies.

Building something special!! 🍋 New season, new agents, new division let’s go!!
