I’ve been very transparent about certain things that have occurred in my life. With dealing with mental health, having those struggles heightened while going through post partum depression after having my daughter. Having dark moments wanting to unalive myself. Today, I gave my life to Christ and I cannot wait for this changed life. I gave God my yes! Thank you God! I was ALWAYS afraid of my own strength to shine. I’ve ALWAYS dimmed my light with self-sabotage FOR THE LONGEST TIME and God in many ways, tried to tell & show me to choose him first and FINALLY, I’m choosing to be 100% obedient. My Depression, my sickness, my anxiety & my procrastination no longer lives here, they got their eviction notice TODAY. I’m ready for what God has in store for me, my future and my daughter’s future. I’m ready for what’s to come for my pastors & Motivation Church, It’s only up from here. 💚💚💚 HE DIDNT GIVE UP ON ME!!! I don’t really talk about my weight loss journey much because of the inconsistent phases I go through. One phase I’m going all in. The next, it’s here & there because of the many hats I wear on a daily…. (Mother, Student, 2 jobs, REbranding my business, sister, friend, admin for the greatest ministry at the greatest church). Or, the longest pause because I contemplate cosmetic surgery due to me wanting to get to the end result. In March 2024, I weighed 238lbs the heaviest I’ve ever weighed. Even after having babygirl! Oct 2025, I now weigh 209lbs. 29 lbs away from my goal weight..

I’m encouraging someone today who will come across this post to keep going, do not rush. Life is already kicking our behinds. Give yourself some grace & drill it in your mind to kill All noise, do what’s best for you & still love the marathon you’re on. Invite God in and watch Him give you the strength you need to never give up & create that capacity to have discipline if you truly believe in yourself. 💪🏽❤️🏁 cause, HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT? #BetOnYourself & S/O to my sisters @nikole.dasilva, @vee.dasilva for the playlist i listened to tonight 🤭 #HolyFit by @raeimani
