I’ve been wanting to post videos on here just sharing my thoughts because I have too many to keep to myself.

There’s so much I didn’t cover in this as far as having boundaries and standards, how the media influences our behavior, and going deeper into maladaptive daydreaming. The link in my bio provides links to videos and articles that explore those topics more!

I care so deeply about how the political climate is impacting our interpersonal relationships. As someone who has fallen victim to unhealthy mechanisms of coping, I understand how grasping for love in this hateful world can seem like a quick fix.

I want to affirm in everyone that we are deserving of a better world and the real love that is in it. That love has to start within so we can recognize when we are wasting it on the wrong people and things.

Bear with me. I’m practicing my public speaking. I’d apologize ab the lack of eye contact but iykyk. by @raelynbag
