ARE THEY LOVERS?

Well…

She’s been a fan of the show he stars in since it premiered, so much so that she writes fanfic about it. He has no clue, but thinks that she’s pretty and funny and interesting and wants to know her better while they’re spending a week in the woods together.

Cue panicking.

Check the vibes below ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

Dani Grant just broke up with her boyfriend of six years. In between filler episodes, multi-episode story arcs, and plenty of character development, she’s reached the series finale of her relationship.

Now, she desperately needs an escape.
That escape comes in the form of her Aunt and Uncle’s remote wilderness camp in northern Maine. A place without roads, WiFi, and electricity. It’s the ideal place to forget all about an ex and focus on rewriting her most notorious work of fanfiction into a novel.
Under the username Cl0ud3dR0se, Dani has amassed an online following in the niche fandom community for the fantasy series Sword of Thorndown. She’s written hundreds of thousands of words about handsome protagonist Sir Erwyn, the fictional lands of Andoriaan, slaying dragons, and romance.
And Evan McLeod, the sweet Scottish actor behind Sir Erwyn just so happened to rent out the entire camp the same week as her solo retreat.

What started as avoidance quickly shifts into a whirlwind romance as Dani and Evan find themselves thrown closer together, but can love really be as simple as a one-shot fastburn fanfic?

Fate Fiction is a romance between a fanfiction writer and the actor who plays the character she’s written about for nearly a decade.

It contains:

🤞🏻forced proximity at a wilderness camp
🛏️ only one bed (because a flying squirrel breaks into a cabin)
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 a Scottish MMC who stars in a romantasy TV series
🏃🏻‍♂️ he runs after her when she tries to avoid her feelings
👻 (maybe) haunted woods
💕 she technically falls first, but he falls fast and hard when they meet
💋 sickeningly sweet moments
😤 plenty of angst
