He’s only looking for fun, but she’s playing to win.

ELLY CARTER

I’ve never been interested in Jack Lansen. Sure, we’ve flirted over the years, and I can’t deny he’s gorgeous, but he’s my best friend’s older brother, and a reputed womanizer.

I’d never go near him.

On top of that, I’m a musician, and he’s a businessman.
We have nothing in common.

But when I overhear him insulting my music, I’m determined to prove him wrong.

He thinks I’m an amateur. I think he’s judgmental.

But the night I let him hear me sing, everything changes.

Is it just the music, or is it something more?

JACK LANSEN

I’m a busy man, so I keep my relationships casual. But most of all, I like to have fun.

So when my little sister’s best friend overhears me insulting her music, I ask her to play for me.

As soon as I hear the sound of her voice, I know I need more.

I convince her to play another game with me.

But things soon take a serious turn.

Now, I’m in deeper than I ever thought I could be.

And I’m not letting her go.

Worth Every Game is a standalone, full-length best friend’s brother spicy romance, featuring a billionaire male lead and a feisty younger heroine who’s a struggling musician.

BLURB

She hates him, but he wants her.
And he always gets what he wants.

Kate Lansen

Everything was fine until the day he walked back into my life. Tall, dark, handsome and with billions in the bank. That’s Nico Hawkston to a T.

By any measure, he should be irresistible. But I’ll never go there because Nico is my brother’s best friend.

He’s also the man who caused my father’s death.

When my brother informs me he’s selling our family company to Nico, I’m more than a little pissed off.

If Nico thinks I’m another woman who’ll roll over and do exactly what he wants, he’s sorely mistaken.

Nico Hawkston

It’s no secret that most things come easy to the Hawkston brothers.

But not Kate Lansen. My best friend’s little sister.

Gorgeous, off-limits, and holding a grudge like a pro. She hates me, but I’m determined to have her, one way or another.

Hawkston men always get what they want.

Worth Every Penny is a standalone, full-length spicy workplace brother’s best friend romance starring a billionaire male lead and a feisty younger heroine.

Thank you all so much for diving into Desperate Lies, and making it the best release week I’ve ever had!

Starting a new series is—it turns out—a bit scary, because you have to introduce readers to a whole new group of people. I really loved the time I spent with Rafe and Diana, and I hope you did too.

I’m glad I caught the fleeting screenshot of their orange banner. It wasn’t around for long, but it was nice to have some time with it 😆. And that rank in the US, hovering just outside the top 500, was toying with me. Maybe next time. Who knows.

And now it’s summer holidays time, so my hands will be full of kids and summer camps and UK roadtrips in our enormous VW Minivan 🚐. I definitely need to relax a little before I get back to work on the very messy first draft of book two that’s saved on my hard drive.

Happy reading all - I wis you a fantastic summer ❤️❤️❤️

What if the best night of your life happened to be with your best friend’s dad?

Diana Marchetti

After twenty-one years under my father’s control, I’m finally breaking free. And that first night of freedom? I spend it at Delirium, the most exclusive sex club in London.

It’s masquerade night, and what could be more freeing than anonymous, mind-blowing sex with a handsome stranger? It’s the best I’ve ever had, with a man I’ll never forget.

But my freedom comes at a price. My father throws me out and cuts me off. I have no choice but to move in with my best friend.
The only problem is, she doesn’t live alone.
She lives with her dad. My secret one night stand.

He has no idea who I am, and I’m determined to keep it that way.
But when tensions rise between us, I wonder if this is one secret I cannot keep.

Desperate Lies is a standalone, full-length, age gap, best friend’s dad romance starring a billionaire male lead and a feisty younger heroine.

A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE READING DESPERATE LIES RIGHT NOW!

I caught this fleeting orange banner screenshot this morning, and it was SO EXCITING! I’ve never had one before, and while I like to set goals for my releases, I really didn’t know what to expect with this one. But I am really proud of DADDY RAFE & DIANA for making it to BESTSELLER STATUS! (I always knew he was a #1 Alpha Male. 🥵♥️🤣).

I’ve had some lovely messages from readers about this book, not least from my ARC readers, some of whom have been with me since the early days of Nico & Kate. It’s such an honour to have have readers use their precious time to read my books, and I endeavour to make it an enjoyable experience. Thank you for making this release such a memorable one for me. I wish you all HAPPY READING!

(And if you haven’t picked it up yet, DADDY RAFE IS WAITING TO SWEEP YOU OFF YOUR FEET THIS WEEKEND.)

Much love,

Rae ♥️❤️♥️

Still holding eye contact, she steps backward, tripping off the kerb and into the road without looking. Horror shoots through me as a horn blares and a Vespa skids towards her.

I grab her arm, pulling her back onto the sidewalk. Her body swings into mine, thumping against my chest, and the Vespa veers around where she was standing only moments before, its horn still screeching as water splashes up and hits us.

“Shit,” Diana mutters, breaths coming quickly. Her fingers are fisted into the front of my coat.

“You need to pay attention to where you’re going. This is London.” My voice is unnecessarily harsh, but all I can think is she was looking at me.

I nearly killed her.

If anything had happened to her, it would have been my fault.

Still clutching my coat, she looks up at me. Her whispered “Thank you” escapes on a soft breath.

Rain streams down around us. Her hair is soaked, droplets gathering on her eyelashes before they fall to her cheeks. I can’t look away, and the moment expands around me like I’m being sucked into a vacuum; sound fades and she’s the only other person who exists. The only other person I want to exist.

It’s unfathomable.

I don’t know how to get out or undo this seismic shift in our relationship. There’s something here that absolutely should not be here, and I don’t know how to shut it down. I don’t think I want to either.

Almost in a trance, I shift a strand of wet hair from her face and tuck it behind her ear, my fingertip trailing the delicate shell, exactly as I wanted to do that night at the kitchen island. Her lips part on a barely audible sigh, and our breaths fog out in opalescent clouds, mingling in the space between us.

“We could dance in the rain,” she whispers.

Her voice jolts me back to reality. Touching her like this is completely inappropriate; it should have stayed in my imagination. My hand falls from her neck. “Excuse me?”

“That’s what we’d do if we were in a romance novel. We’d dance. Or kiss, maybe. Or you’d confess your love for me.”

DESPERATE LIES IS COMING 7the JULY!!!
