A hectic day going through the humidity of Barcelona, however that wasn’t what I expected. My plan was to reach the hotel where my brother-in-law was staying; the appointment scheduled at 8:30am, I woke up at 8am. No breakfast, no #targeta for the circular bus line, just all the gear and some supporting blasphemy. But we did what we were supposed to, and everything went ahead on time.

A dynamic workshop exploring breath, biomechanics, floor work, improvisation, and performance.

Drawing from Flying Low principles, Capoeira, and physical theatre, we’ll investigate efficient movement, spirals, voice, and composition—developing a body that doesn’t just move, but thinks, questions, and tells stories.

📅 22–23 July
